Passport option on check in?

When I try to check in there is no option to input passport information, just several other options like Drivers license & birth certificate, naturalization papers, and others I don't understand. Any suggestions?

I have given up fighting with the Celebrity website. I don’t even bother with the checking in online. I just do it all in person at the terminal, no problem.

I had no problem with ours a few days ago.  Passport was the first option in the menu for document to be used.  

Try again another day?

I'm using chrome. Think I'll just call CC tomorrow.

I just did two check-ins.    The first was on the Celebrity Website using Firefox.   No problems at all.   The choice of document types is probably cruise destination controlled.    My cruises are a Med Cruise followed by a TA.    I only had one choice under Document Type -  which was Passport. 

 

I did my second registration using the Celebrity App -   I was surprised that it was much easier to do on my IPhone.   Instead of having to enter my Passport information you simply adjust camera so the bar code on the bottom of the first page is in a little block and BAM all the information is recorded.    I used the App to add our photos even the one i had partially completed using the PC.
