New Dimensions on Princess Printable Luggage Tags?

We just booked Hawaii in Nov and I went to print our luggage tags and found them to be way shorter and way wider than our last cruise in August. The print is much smaller, too.

 

Anyone else seen this or has my computer done something weird?

No, I actually am fairly computer-savvy. They have changed the dimensions. Nothing I've done to massage the settings changes anything.

 

Just wondering more "why" than anything.

Well....I just printed out 4 tags a couple of days ago....needed to change the printer settings to make them the "proper" size. Sorry, but I can't help you beyond that.

Just printed Sky Princess tags and they as always. Celebrity uses the thin ones. I have a separate set of tag holders for X.

I think this is just another Win 10 issue. The last update really messed up a lot of things that had been completely stable for years and some things I still have not been able to get back without workarounds.

Last Win10 "upgrade" really messed up a lot of things for me.  I now have to use a lower resolution and 150% size to make this Forum's postings large enough to read.

 

I have not printed any luggage tags since the "update".

I saw a headline today stating that the latest Windows update was causing all sorts of printing problems.

I had saved mine to a pdf (keep a little memory book) when I printed from the pdf they were short and squat...when I went right off the website they printed and filled the entire paper...

Choose "Print to PDF" and then save them. They will then be the right size. I just printed them for two cruises.

Same issue for us.  I did it from Chrome and they printed correctly.

Did the exact same thing yesterday and they appear to be fine.

Yes! trouble printing documents (size/margins etc were all off) 

 

The "size" of the luggage tags changed for me about a year ago.  I had to go in each time and make them larger.

It's nothing to do with Princess.  I had to change my printer settings to get our tags to print normal size.  I have 4 printers and had to adjust print options on each one after the latest Windows 10 update.

OK I have Win 10 and no problem printing luggage tags.

We also had a problem printing our luggage tags from a windows 10 computer at home.  My husband had to print them (from work) shh!! I think printing from Google Chrome helped.

You can preprint your own or use the Porter's blank tags at the pier. People who don't have assignments until at the Pier can see the list the Porter's have to discover their cabin, and then use the blank tags, but if anyone needs them, they can use them.

assignments aren't made at the pier ... but some people may not find out about them until then ...

Right, but if people don't know because they were traveling before the assignment was done they can get it from a porter. Sheesh.

Or if you failed to print your tags in a timely manner then you can get blank ones from a porter. I don't think we will let that happen again!
