melmar02 Posted January 22, 2020 #4 Share Posted January 22, 2020 We don't usually do door decorations, but we're taking my MIL on her first cruise in a couple weeks. I ordered this. We also got matching shirts for embarkation day.

shofer Posted January 22, 2020 #6 Share Posted January 22, 2020 Our kids gave us this sign when we took a cruise to celebrate our 50th Anniversary. It fit perfectly on our cabin door.
Rare vacationlover_mn Posted January 22, 2020 #7 Share Posted January 22, 2020 I bought cool tropical stickers, and adhesive magnetic backing, to make my own 🙂

Command Strips and Magnets for me !
snl2000 Posted January 23, 2020 #9 Share Posted January 23, 2020 (edited) We had adjacent cabins and were lucky enough to have a blank wall in between. As an added bonus, the girls across the hall rearranged the wall every day. Everything is a magnet or hanging on magnet hooks. The other door was somewhere else on the ship. We pick up most of our decorations at dollar stores here and there or other places we can get inexpensive items. bonsai3s Posted January 23, 2020 #10 Share Posted January 23, 2020 I'm visually impaired. I use a bright neon magnet on our cabin door. Easier for me to identify our cabin. We inform our cabin steward. Once in a while we've had our magnet "disappear". Cabin steward tells us to place it a bit higher so kids won't take it. No worries, we bring a few with us. booplesnoople Posted January 23, 2020 #13 Share Posted January 23, 2020 For Halloween last year we took clip magnets to hang door decor. Worked pretty well IMHO.
