There was a Buckeye Cruise for Cancer (annual event) the week after we sailed on Serenade.  This was set up headed into the Schooner Bar on departure day.

We had 1602 for the Baltics in 2018.  1100 should have been our Jewel cabin for the cancelled Suez this coming November

Went with Pat to 3 on 3 volleyball

 

Pat serving and Julie on the right.  Not knowing better, I had high hopes for a shipboard romance. 

Turns out Julie was on her honeymoon. We saw her and her new husband Nathan a lot.

 

They ended up winning.

The last time we had 1100 on a Jewel TA...the chair scrapers (old people get up way too early) above us in the outdoor windjammer was soo bad we swore we'd never take a deck 10 aft cabin again.

 

Now....the Aft JS on Deck 8 on Rhapsody/Vision is a different story.

We would of been in cabin 8596 on Rhapsody TA on April 18th

I requested it that way. I'm rarely happy with the degree of toasting on the muffin

This happens regularly in the UK and Europe.

The muffins being wider than bread need longer to toast.

I don't think I have any pics of the inside....but it's exactly the same as the other balcony cabins.

We always ask for the muffin to be toasted more and the eggs to be runny. Hit or miss if you get it that way. I completely understand.

After Volleyball Pat and I went exploring, or as I like to say, searching for draft Newcastle

 

Serenade didn't disappoint.

Laura may have gone here every now and then to get me a draft with her Prime benefits

No judging (I'm Prime now anyway and rarely use the benefit)

The Pub had it of course

 

And of course Schooner

I'd go here if I was to lazy to walk the extra 50 paces to Zanzibar

I'd have to use a voucher though

 

Zanzibar also had it, but alas no picture

I would get these during Happy Hour via the unlimited drinks benefit

 

Interesting that these lounges are all on Deck 6

We will definitely be there and you will see us!  We got a block on that cruise (along with just about everyone else ☺️). Didn’t you two also have a special milestone?

We are scheduled to get our 1050 Stratum. Will probably use the free cruise certificate for my birthday on Harmony last summer.
