There are emails specifically to Captain's Club members. Captain's Club newsletters, surveys and previews of sales are all sent to Captain's Club members.

Yes, and I receive them, too. But the CC point emails are not something separate.

I'm not looking for a point email. I'm looking for Captain's Club members emails.

I get all the emails but I 100% find out about PUP opportunities by subscribing to this thread.  It's failsafe.

I think most of you realize that there have been very few PUP offers recently. I did a pretty extensive survey today on potential new Celebrity ports, but they did not offer me any PUP points.

The last one was 10/24, not quite a month ago.  NEw deployments are still being announced.  There’s a new ship.   Perhaps there will be a power of opportunity based on either of those.

Yes, the new CEO is really taking the joy out of life by being stingy on the PUP opportunities. So will it be a Merry Christmas or will it be bahumbug for PUP?

We are still waiting for our power-up points from the September/October webinar. I emailed Captain's Club asking about my missing points, but no reply. I guess we won't be getting them.

Certainly in UK contacting Celebrity Cruises FB site brings prompt response, providing it’s not a weekend.

I will be onboard the Ascent in 12 days so I will bring up then with CC person. We are Zenith so there is really no higher we can go except maybe someday being the guests with the highest number of points on a given cruise. No chance we will make double Zenith.

The same thing happened to me. My husband had them and I didn't. I solved it by deleting the cc number from my account and then re-entering it, and the points I was missing appeared.

I feel like I'm going to be stuck at Elite for life. Just hit 304 (thanks to some PUP this year) ... and I have 28 days of cruising in Aqua class next month which will get me to 444 ... but with still another 306 needed to hit Elite Plus, that's more cruising than I've already done!

Nothing wrong with that. Our approach about the tier level thing is when it happens it happens. We don't chase it. Of course I (we) took advantage of the PUP program. Why not. Cost nothing but a little time to get the extra CC points while sitting at home. When we first made it to Elite and Diamond (RC) it was before Celebrity and RC joined and then started the reciprocal program. Enjoy the ride while you can. Currently we have a Princess, Celebrity and RC cruises booked. We are not loyal to anyone cruise line.
