Don't press any prompts. When you get a person tell them about which points you're missing and that you've got the screenshots and offer to email them. If it's to get your PUP points to register, you may need to call Captains Club. If it's to get an update to your Captains Club level and you are unable to remove and re-enter your Captains Club number, you also might need to make the phone call. Celebrity seem to make it really hard work to sort the problem out and always seem to imply that you haven’t signed up for Go Green or watched the seminar for the Power Up Points. It actually costs them nothing to actually just believe their customers and award the missing points straight away, rather than saying that they need to investigate and you will be credited next month. My wife on the other hand has everything added to her total. I was the one who booked the cruise and watched the video. I just have 23 points listed under points history.
