As this one is unsolved so far and talking about Turkey ….

… maybe time for another hint:

The cruise (one of those you were able to book as one week, two weeks, three weeks cruises… ) was original schedulded to go to Turkey more than once. Yet all Turkish ports were cancelled when it became to dangerous for many people to travel there.

Our final itinerary had little resemblance to the first published one, the port above was among the new ones. It might even have been a maiden call but I am not sure about that.

Thank you for that explanation! That certainly explains why I was coming up empty searching for that port. I had been all up and down most of the Adriatic coast looking for it, but since Sarande is not listed on any of my QV itineraries, I never looked there.

OK, that hints leads to Zeebrugge, Belgium. And I've finally found photos of the port of Zeebrugge that include those two particular cranes as well as a couple of wind turbines visible in the background. So I'm going with Zeebrugge, Belgium for this one.
