Daily sunrise photo

Unfortunately I'm not on a Cunard ship for sunrise today...

 

But we are on Queensland's Gold Coast this week and next, petsitting for our two border collie grand-dogs.   A wonderful sunrise this morning over the Pacific.

You QLD sunrise is nice as is the photos of your grand dogs.

 

Here is one from this morning on our way to  the Suez Canal (I also put it on the other thread QE location).

 

The first picture is the morning we arrived in Crete while the second is our first sea day enroute to the Suez Canal.

Today the sunrise photo is sitting outside Port Said waiting our turn? to enter the canal.  We have never cruised in this area.

 

I post these pictures both here and on the QE location thread so please let me know if I should be doing it in one location. Some people check one or the other.

This is an area of the world I've never been to either, so I'm very curious to see through your camera. 

 

I don't know if I did things correctly, but the approach I fell into on our SF to Barcelona voyage was to post sea day sunrises in the sunrise thread, and port day photos in the QE location thread.  @Host Hattie may have some further suggestions.

Good morning.  We are nearing the Strait of Malacca and the northern tip of Banda Aceh, Indonesia.  It is overcast with occasional sprinkles of rain.

 

I am becoming fascinated with cloud formations because they have so many pretty designs.

Sunrise in Singapore. The first picture has the top of the cruise terminal invading the view, with the second picture zoomed in so is a bit blurry.

This morning the sea day before Jakarta it was just a quick photo before the rain clouds moved over any of the sunlight.  The seas are calm as they have been over most of the cruise and fingers crossed for the rest of the cruise.
