Greg - looks like you've been enjoying the first couple of days relaxing...

I am so in need of sun, warmth & ocean waves @ my feet...

Love crepes...  Too bad yours was under cooked today...  Do they cook savory crepes as well?

The melted cheese is probably similar to Queso Flameado - which we love w/ Chorizo...

First time I ever had it was in Mexico served flambé 🙂

Not sure. They didn’t really have a crepe menu. I just saw the crepe machine and strawberry, Carmel, chocolate type sauces.

So, just for fun, I checked Spirit this morning - $475.29 with a 3-hour layover and I think that was the one with a change of planes.  I only flew Spirit once about 20 years ago and swore I’d never fly them again.  Maybe they got better? 🤷🏼‍♀️

Then, I checked Southwest - $1067.99 with a five-hour layover.  And, finally Delta out of Flint, about an hour north - $737.39.

Reading Greg’s thread gave me the bug to go somewhere.  Thanks all for your suggestions, but I think I’ll just accept one of the “free” casino offers I get from Biloxi or Laughlin. If my November cruise gets cancelled, I might give it some serious research then.

Apparently they have two sizes because one person made My regular coffee in a smaller cup and another person made my white chocolate in a bigger cup. But there are no sizes on the menu you never hear anyone ask about a size you never hear anyone order a size.

I personally love spirit. They have low prices and cheap upgrades. I mean my base price round trip was like $162. In the upgrades I paid like 27 each trip to have the exit row aisle seat. That’s where I was able to stretch my legs out and still not be near reaching the seat in front of me. So far I’ve been on three flights with that seat and nobody has been in the middle seat yet. It’s like nobody Is going to pay for that upgrade and be in the middle. So that’s nice.

For an additional 40 each way I could get the big comfy seat which is on the fist two rows of the plane. They look like first class seats and only 2 on each row instead of 3.

I don’t know if you noticed it or not but I got in flight WiFi for $1 on my flight. It would’ve been $3 if I wanted to stream video.

After my first spirit flight I saw a magazine article on americas favorite airlines and was surprised to see spirit was 2nd behind...delta i think it was.

It’s disappointing to me that they don’t fly out of Miami. Not sure if they fly to Orlando or not

I had to buy a ticket on American to Miami last year that I had to cancel so I rolled that over to Orlando this year.

They have someone different on the crepe station so I watched her. She put strawberries inside unlike the guy yesterday. She cooked one side real good and the other side not really at all so I didn’t even mess with it. I’m going with some French toast and I got some ham off of the carving station.

When I was researching resorts and reading reviews so many had people saying “you gotta see the Michael Jackson impersonator.” Definitely the RIU resorts and I think some others. I guess this one had the Freddie Mercury instead but apparently there’s a really good MJ impersonator that does shows at the various resorts.
