Well, the initial promo mentioned to add your email address to be NOTIFIED when the promo would start. There was never any mention of how to sign up/enter the promo. I asked this question here, and never received a response. Here we are with nothing....

My thought was "not affiliated with the website" is not quite the same thing as saying yes, that is a promotion that will be forthcoming.
