I don't know how to maintain on a cruise. Up 1". Not happy but it is oh so hard to resist when ice cream is at every meal in MDR

Thanks Ombud for starting here today. Sure everyone is busy getting ready

for the Holiday as you were for your Holiday.

 

I know hard on cruises, I'm trying to be good but 55 days of eating. Will find

out when I get home. If will be up hope "water weight"!😄

 

Hope everyone finds time to come in might help to remind you to try to be good

this next week--because you have to weigh next Thursday!

Belle, 55 days!! Wow I'd gain everything back 😏 Where all are you going??

 

Yes I know everyone is busy. Its just 2 days to go and thinking everyone is busy trying to stay on track with all their parties

Now that I am back from my cruise I still am having a difficult time with remembering what day it really is - didn't weigh myself, perhaps tomorrow.

 

Ate everything while we were gone, have been good since we've been home, but am afraid there will be a gain.  Jan

im still having issues posting.  I started thread yesterday  but it obviously didn’t save properly.  Tried a few times w/o success to post this morning had to go clear all cookies. 
 

Im up 2 lbs for the month but still in middle of maintainence range.  Realize this is a forever journey .   No concentrated sweets ever in my house and have to weigh daily.

Belle ~ nice to see you popping in. I cant' imagine cruising for 55 days, 14 is about as much  I can take of a good thing!

 

WIth all the snacks I've been eating, & I found a new yummy one, plus cookies gifted from my neighbour, egg nog etc I'm up 0.2 lbs. Hope to go in the other direction in the new year.🤞

Wow - Jo - only up 0.2# is amazing.  I weighed my self this morning and after a cruise, Christmas, etc. I might be up 4.0#, but will wait until Thursday to weigh in.  On Wednesday we will have a celebration with all the kids!  Jan

Jan don’t stress - the goal is to be able to enjoy our cruises guilt free.  Then back on track for the next cruise.
