I just got THREE for our cruises last year, one for our September, one for October and one for November cruise. But DIDN'T get one for our cruise that leaves in 12 days. I checked my Health Assessment on my Cruise Manager and both mine and my DH's says "complete". Are we not supposed to complete the Health Assessment 72 hours before embarkment? But I never received an email telling me about our ship change from the Horizon to Liberty for our cruise leaving this Sunday. Carnival's email system needs work.
