I’m glad you enjoyed it.  We enjoyed Wonderland enough to do it again last month on Harmony.  The birds nest and The mad hatters potted shrimp where really good.  I loved the smoke flavor of the eggs.  On Symphony they had a mad hatter visiting each table but they didn’t on Harmony.  Did you have the mad hatter character visiting the tables?

No Mad Hatter for us.

A little blackjack Before lunch and then back to the pub for lunch. The poutine wasn’t as good this time. Not enough gravy or cheese curds. But the smoked cheddar soup was really good and made up for it.

after that we took off to zone zero for the VR experience. It is an absolute hoot for young and old. Don’t miss out on it when you are aboard.

Do you have to pay extra for this? How do you book? TIA

@A&L_Ont

I just saw this pop up in recommended viewing. You probably already knew about it but…

I just did a quick search of their new series… the answer below is the info that Google answered.

Shoresy just so happens to be a fan-favorite character also be played by Wayne actor Jared Keeso and because of this, on the OG Hulu show, we never get to see Shore's face (though your mom probably has).

Such a classic answer. 😂

I think they either have to make the portions larger or the plates smaller?

Sorry for the delays.  I slept in and ran myself short of posting time this am.

Last included two shows, Tap factory and LA vation. Although it was a little weird, I enjoyed Tap Factory. I don’t know that I would go a second time but it is worth it as a one off. Immediately following that I went strait to the music hall LA vation. There was only 5 minutes between one ending and the other beginning. It was already packed when I got there but managed to find a seat at the back that had a decent in obstructed line of sight. They kicked off with Sunday Bloody Sunday and an older couple sitting in the second row, realizing it wasn’t their style, got up and left. I made a beeline strait those seat and the best seats I could have hoped for.

first seat

LA vation lived up to the hype. They were fantastic. I stayed for the entire show and they closed with Where the streets have no name.

There were several songs that I wish they had done that they didn’t but how do squeeze 40 retrospective into 90 minutes and  not miss a few classics. I talked to the bass player afterwards and he said to come back the last night Day 7 and they were going to switch it up a little. I’ll be there early that night.

After sleeping in this morning I had to skip breakfast and head strait to the Northstar for our scheduled ride. It was fun. As point of interest. If you fail to get booking just hang around and you could get on. People were doing that and our group had a couple no show so a random couple got on.

im going to do the sea day one as well where they hang you off the side of the ship.

After that we hung out until our moon excursion Caves and city tour. The title is pretty self explanatory so I’ll leave it at that plus a few pics.

Yes but it I thought it was worth the money. If you’ve never done a VR experience (I hadn’t) it was very cool. You book in the app the day before.

I did. DW absolutely loved it. She is a former teacher and has always had a fascination with interesting rock formations . The children she taught always got an inordinate amount of geology in the curriculum.

If you ever get to Barbados, Harrison's Cave is pretty spectacular. Crystal Cave on Bermuda is also. I guess I just really like caves. Most people on this forum don't seem to share my passion on the occasions when I have brought up the subject.

I enjoy caves.  There are some neat caves at Silver Dollar City in Missouri.  Cool history behind them.

Thank you for inviting us to cruise along with you!

If you're looking for something new to drink, try the Caribbean Mule.  Tried one on Anthem in November and really enjoyed it.  You definitely need to like ginger, though!  I just had the one (I limit myself mostly to red wine or Captain and Diet Coke) but am looking forward to having another one on Harmony in April.

Looking forward to more!

I'm a cave lover also.  Penn's Cave in Pennsylvania is nice, but Mammoth Cave in Kentucky is truly impressive.  Mammoth is so large that they have multiple different tours from multiple different entrance locations.  They vary in length, what you'll see, and physical fitness required.  Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.

I loved the caves in Gibraltar!  I'll have to go to Harrison's Cave the next time I'm in Barbados.😉

Is it half time yet?  Your lead is not yet insurmountable, but you're getting close.

Yesterday was an early night with having to get up early this am. But we’ll back aboard early today. With two sea days after that we’ll be spiking the football a lot in the 4th quarter. 🏈
