I miss that webcam as well.  From what little I know, it's going to be 1-2 years before that web cam comes back online.  From what I think I see in WCB's photos of Pier 66, the tower building is gutted.

I got kicked out of CC with supposed "server issue". I grabbed this shot. I see a guy who has a pride flag on his T shirt, but the camera wasn't focused well.
