Two-top for breakfast in MDR?

The last time I cruised with RCL you were seated at large tables for breakfast. 

Can you ask for two-tops now (in the light of social distancing and covid)?

You can ask, the worst that can happen is that they say "no". They generally try to accommodate all requests.

Yes, and you can request a table by a window.  You may have to wait for the window request.

We always ask for a table for however many there are in our party.

 

They’ve always accommodated us be it any number.

 

Just ask.

You have always been able to ask to be seated at a two top in the MDR for breakfast. The only day that is unlikely to be accommodated is on the last morning.

Had a two top every morning in the MDR on our March B2B cruise on the Explorer. After the first couple of morning the host at the entrance to the MDR would always say to us," stateroom number and table for two".

No problem getting a 2 top for breakfast, lunch or dinner.     Most times the 2 of us were seated at a table for 4, fine by me.

We were even able to get a 2Top table at the lunch for consecutive cruisers.

Depends on how busy the ship is and breakfast that day.  I believe you could always ask and how long you were willing to wait to be seated.
