When I used my 5* credit for Pinnacle Grill, I thought it was free, but they charged my account. 

 

When I paid for HIA and ordered a drink under $11, they charged my account.

 

When I ordered a glass of wine that was listed under my HIA, they said they were out. 

 

I was told they treated loyal cruisers great, but it turns out they were.....

I went to the Princess shops as soon as they opened on my recent cruise to get Stanley Bear. He's so cute in his little sailor outfit!

 

A lion with an orange bow tie? I won't be running to the shops for that.

I think he is cute, but disappointed that the lions will not be on the ships next month.  I would have purchased one for my granddaughter.
