Good night/morning.

If I were home I’d be well into dream world.

But on a cruise. Ha

Spent a little time in casino.

Earned my visit to customs.

This time took the cash and exit stage left.

Sleeping with my winnings under my pillow.

It’s lumpy.

Sea you.

As far as customs, I think it's $10k per person. You should be able to split it between the two of you.

***Edit*** A quick search would have told me that I was wrong. It's $10k per household, sorry 😞

So did you use any block or it wasn’t a problem?

Stupid me.
I did not want to get all stinky so my skin was as original with no chemicals.

After the hike to the beach area we found 2 loungers in the shade. I tried to nap. Spouse went in the water which he said was emasculate.

Very little breeze. HOT!!!’

Had lunch.
Chilled no sleep.
2 pm back to dock to catch are ride.

Now this hunky girl has a some red burn marks above her top bathing suit. Not painful. But I did get a little burn.

I would recommend you use sunscreen. Of course I did listen to my own advice

On a side note.

Had breakfast in WJ.
When the server asked I wanted milk or cream in my coffee.
So the cream is still in WJ. Also CK.

Sea ya.

SLOT MACHINES.

I usually walk around the casino on embarkation day. See which one catches my attention.
Usually at the end of a row for people to see.
No modern computer generated screen. also noise when you turn up the volume.
Only 3 reals

Has the ability to gamble in different denominations.
.25, $1, $2, and $5 per spin.

Whatever I select I start by placing $100

in machine. The rest is history.
Oh often I do have to put more money in.
During this cruise I won 5 jackpots.

The latest last night.

IMG_1190.thumb.jpeg.dbdb41e371ea0f9e0c2223e90f18bef4.jpeg

But you will never hear about how much money was put in machine to win.

For this cruise.
Between win /loss ratio. I am still ahead.

But folks.
The slots are based on luck and technology

My luck is a blessing.

The machines are in the smoking section.
A row of 4 machines.
and above them on their header board it says “spitfire”.

There is no guarantee you can win. It’s purely on the random internal program.
I guess I can randomly pick a machine to my liking.

And yes I am filling out my customs form.
So when we disembark I have it ready for the agents.

Now. Debating on doing slots or blackjack.

Today we are going to walk around port.
No excursions.

Sea ya.

Solar powered shirt dryer.
  IMG_1191.thumb.jpeg.98cc697c970465ace1f45a31faf53059.jpeg

we also do this with bathing suits once we wash rinse and put in towels to squeeze all the dampness out.
Then clip on hangers.
Put the hanger under mattress so wind power does not fly away.
Everything usually dry in 3 hours.

Sea you.

I don't use any of the mainstream brands due to the chemicals they use in their formulas. If you haven't, check out Sun Bum (Vegan, Hawaii Act 104 Reef Compliant, Cruelty Free, Gluten Free, Paraben Free, Oxybenzone & Octinoxate Free, Broad Spectrum Protection, Oil Free, PABA Free, Water Resistant (80 Minutes))

I've used this for years (50SPF and I am fair in skin tone) and don't burn at all with proper application.

Hope your sun burn isn't too painful.  Knowing how well prepared you always are, I'm sure you have something in your bag of tricks to take away some of that unpleasant burn.  I know aloe works well.

I wonder if their version of cream is the real deal or just a coffee lightener like coffee mate?

Sorry you got burned.

Roatan is renowned for people getting bitten or an itchy rash after being on the beach. It can be any beach on a given day and does not affect everyone. I was just curious as to whether you had had a problem with this or whether you had used anything as a block.

Again different people find various sprays/creams effective as a barrier but at the end of the day some people get a reaction and others don’t.

Yesterday the beach bugs were on vacation. No NOSEEUMS, either on the shoreline or on the lounger area.

The beach area was very organized and abundant picnic tables and loungers .

My only concern was the poor options on the buffet.
Kudos because they used bottled water from a bottle water company.

Would I go back???

It is a possibility.
The fee to go there as an excursion was reasonable.

Great advice. I’m sure it wouldn’t work for me since I am not lucky at all.

Story time.

So our house sitters vary the time they go to work out at the gym or go to the lake.
It has been hot back home.

Well. They follow directions to a T.
Activate all the alarms window, door as well as motion sensors. And up to know all has been well.

So today while they were at the lake. Lizzy wanted to meet the police and did what cats do. Jump on furniture.

IMG_1192.thumb.jpeg.0b79aa7cf46d388b08c8b0e0f7966f21.jpeg

Yup

Full blown house alarm.
You know that had to scare Lizzy.

So our home alarm system called all listed numbers.
So when they got home they just reset the alarm with password and numbers.

But. I’m the last few minutes, they went to the gym activated the alarm. And Lizzy did her thing.

Security system called police

They  just got home took care of alarm.

Always something.

Sea ya.

Your Lizzie looks very much like our Oreo, who is always just as innocent as your Lizzie is.  🙀😻 Our Lorna has her colors somewhat reversed, black face with white spot under her chin and probably the most guilty of any of the three. 😹

We had a sensor go out on our alarm system. We were out of town. The alarm company was unable to reach us and called the police. The neighbor called to tell us the police were at our house. When we came back in from yardwork, we looked at the home cameras, and they did check all of the doors.

The funniest camera shot was of the officer with his notepad copying down our alarm permit number and Bobby the cat staring and silently meowing at him from between the curtains up on his cat perch. I'm sure our cats were freaked out by the noise, too. Poor Lizzie.

Loving your review Sue!! We sail on Allure in December and can't wait! It will be my husband's first cruise in about 2 years (damn work keeps getting in his way 😂). The CLS looks amazing, we are in a JS on our December sailing as it's a quick 3 day cruise, but still appreciate the extra space.

A co-worker of mine was just telling me the multiple benefits of the casino program. I am not a casino person typically but could be for the perks.

But what I want to know is how many points end up getting you an invitation to cruise free or how much money do you have to invest before that?  I always cash out with almost any win, last time was only $59.  So I'm a casino chicken!  But we have heard so much about casino cruises we thought it might pay off???? Que'???

Yep, we bought the special Cactus stuff that is supposed to stop that, but we've never gotten any such rash and never used the stuff.  And we've been there many times.  Go again in Sept
