Side to Side cruise; who do we contact about transportation between terminals?

Hello. I'm considering a side to side in January from the Ascent to the Reflection. I already have the Ascent booked, and both will be Casino bookings through BCC.

I understand Celebrity will provide shuttle service between Terminal 25 to the other terminal (29???). Having never done this before, who do I ask about this, the booking agents at BCC? Any other perks? These will be complementary cruises, so cruisefare discounts are not applicable in this instance.

At least three times I did the same. They provided transportation on one trip and many took advantage of it. Arranged at Guest Relations. A least twice the had no transportation available and I took a taxi. If you take a taxi wait to be one of the last to leave the ship since taxis don't want to leave their place in the line for a fare that would be minimum.

I don’t think you’ll have any problem moving from T25 to T29. The Palm Garage is the recommended garage for both T25 and T29. When Celebrity has a ship at T29, a complimentary shuttle runs continuously between the Palm Garage and T29. After disembarking Ascent, roll your bags to the Palm Garage to board the shuttle. You may have a short wait for the shuttle to return to the garage with passengers who’ve disembarked Reflection.

I did this in March from the Beyond to Reflection, and it was a bit of a mess as no-one knew what transportation to get from one terminal to the other. In the end I used one of the parking shuttles and they took us and another party straight from T25 to T29 for no charge, just a tip 🙂

Last year I needed to go from T25 to T29 at Fort Lauderdale. I went to guest services 4 days before end of cruise. GR rep wasn’t sure but heard from him later via phone that a transportation will be provided.

I waited in the dining room until I was told to leave ship. Got luggage and exited Terminal. I waited near where the airport shuttles departed. 3 staff members there didn’t know anything. I waited until most of the airport people were gone. A few other cruisers awaiting transportation were waiting with me now.  Then an employee (Didn’t see her before) came over and asked use what terminal was needed and boarded a van. Worked great but better communication would have been helpful.

I figured, I could always get a taxi 🤷‍♀️

We did a side by side from Wonder of the seas to a Celebrity ship and I figured we would take an Uber but the night before we had a call to our cabin to tell us it would be arranged at no charge!

And it was seamless.
