FINALLY got some new offers out today, with a few nice improvements!  Sounds like that seem to be the case for others too.  So maybe we aren't doomed haha. How about everyone else?

Still says for sailing only through December 2024, but some available options in 2025.

Mine are exactly the same.  I had screen shot them yesterday to compare.  Only thing that changed was the "must book by" date.

Nothing changed on mine as well. Lucky you!

We played a lot on our last cruise in June.  Our offers were never that great lol, so any improvement is nice.  Some people already get great offers, so maybe those stayed the same.

My offers are the same, my DW offers included free cheers before yesterday and now only drinks on us.  The room offers are the same for her.  I think it is because we did a quick July cruise with the grand kids and she didn't gamble, only I did.  Otherwise our last cruise was February.

I'm a first time offer-getter from a status match via MGM gold. Thanks in advance for your experience.  I didn't get any new offers, but last week I got the FSA offer below:

CARNIVAL FUN MATCH: UP TO A FREE* BALCONY ROOM + MORE

  • Up to a FREE* Balcony Room. Pay $100 per person and get $100 Onboard Credit per person (up to $200 Onboard Credit per Room)
  • $50 FunPlay® credit
  • Drinks On Us! included while playing in the casino for you and a companion
  • Eligible VIFP Club® Member must sail to qualify for this offer
  • Rate Code FSA will be automatically applied at checkout

In everyone's experience, If I don't book by the time it expires, do they keep sending them or should I try to take advantage of it because it's the best I will get? Almost all of the online choices have no availability of an OV or balcony - mostly just insides except for the Transatlantic.  Does calling someone get different choices? Are reasonable upgrades available by calling?  Thanks!

In my experience, you will only receive the Fun Match offer once, I would recommend booking that.  You may have to book an interior, it will at least get you on the ship.  If you play a bit in the casino, you'll most likely get more and possibly better offers after, although not guaranteed.  Calling probably will not get more choices, but I don't think it hurts to try, but call with the expectation you'll probably end up with the same room availability you can see.

My new offers are not as good as the old ones.  Still have free balconies and freeplay, but no more Cheers, only DOU.

On the Horizon in May my husband tested positive for Covid and we were both quarantined for 4 days so no casino time for us!  Hopefully the offers will get better after cruising on the Legend the end of September.

This shows that offers are not just based on marketing data but in fact previous play which is what we’ve always seen.  They should improve if spend more time playing in the casino.

I guess I didn’t play enough on the Dream, because my offers definitely dried up. I have Celebration, Vista, and Venezia booked through May (the two V ships on casino offers), so hopefully my offers will rally between now and then. In the interim, I’ll seed Princess in November on the Regal (got an amazing casino offer even though I haven’t sailed Princess since 2016) and see what happens.

Would love to take advantage of one of these offers but airfare to Australia is just too crazy at the moment.

Kimkencruzers- I haven't gone on one of the Aussie cruises  but they keep sending the offers (even during COVID when Australia was closed). I don't know if the Status match offers are different though. Sorry I can't be more help

Thanks! I just booked for the Horizon out of Miami in August.  Of course all balcony's and OV's were sold out like most of the sailings on the email, so at lease I got a spa interior for a tiny upgrade.

How long after a sailing on which you gamble are you likely to see any casino offers to rebook a future cruise?

recently came back off a 6 day sailing where I accumulated 2000 points on table play. I’m not seeing any different offers to non players.

about 1 week. 2000 pt over 6 days isn’t much, but there should be some casino offer.

I used to get some really great offers, but since the ships have been filling up lately my offers have been more like that one.

You either get a bounce back offer immediately based on your play or if you are targeted, new offers come out for everyone after March 4 when the current offers expire.

I was getting terrific casino offers, but they are sadly gone. I think they are sailing at capacity now, since covid over, and the amount of offers have dwindled. I’m not a big gambler, maybe a couple hundred per cruise, but sailed 2x with free offers last year. Been a year since I’ve received a decent offer.

I just got back from from an Australia cruise on the 14th and my casino offers just loaded on the 26th. so less than 2 weeks.

This was my first time logging any kind of real points on Carnival and the offers that I got were very good.

I think I finished with over 7000 points and all of my offers included Drinks on Us throughout the whole ship for just me. there was one offer that I will taking advantage of next week. The FDZ code will allow a  2025 booking and you can select any cabin rather than have it assigned. If you go above the interior cabin, it looks like you just pay the difference.

For comparison, I think my wife finished with around 4500 points and her DOU was casino only and went as high as a free ocean view on select sailings and the room is assigned at a later date.

Since I wrote my question I have received some casino offers but so has my wife. They include drinks on us for one person. Is there a way to combine our offers? Carnival, will after all, be getting 2 gamblers.

in my past experience, if you both have the same offer then you will both receive the DOU in the casino.  If it has Freeplay, you both will also get that, however, if it is OBC then only the person booking the offer gets the OBC

It worked like this for us sometimes but not on other cruises, so I asked our PVP about it. The offer has to be available for each person at the time of booking, not something you might receive later.   Now we always have him check the available offers for all four people in our group (sometimes he finds offers that we didn't even know we had),  and makes sure that it is noted in the booking.  He will also include an email listing each person's offer,  since you can never find it listed anywhere later.   Haven't had any problems all getting the Freeplay since he started doing that.
