Good evening. Thanks for the Fleet Report/Daily.

I'll salute the American Legion, have collected a few rocks and I think step families are important. Excellent quote. I'll pass on the meal, drink and wine. I have been to Picton. Good days in history.

Late day for me. I'm just back from dropping BFF's cousin and friend off at IAD for their flight back to Germany. Unfortunately my stomach is feeling a bit upset, so I think just some toast tonight, and an early bedtime.

@CrabbyPatti My condolences to you and your family on the loss of your Dad. Prayers for eventual peace. You were a great caregiver to him.

@kazu I hope you are doing ok with the storm so far. Stay safe!

@rafinmd Sorry to hear about the positive test, but I believe there can be a rebound after finishing the medication. I hope you will cruise if you think it's at all doable.

@marshhawk That's terrible about the neighbor's tree and your property damage. I hope you get the eye looked at soon.

@ger_77 Good news that Maurice's procedure went well.

@Heartgrove Thanks for the photo of the Firth of Forth!

@luvteaching I'm sure the Celebration of Life for your DH was full of wonderful memories.

@Sharon in AZ I'm glad you got the dates for your cataract surgeries.

@mamaofami Continued prayers for Sam.

Prayers for the Care List and Cheers to those Celebrating.

A few Picton pics from 2006.

Well it is 10 pm and i am finally getting an opportunity to post.

Thank you to all for keeping this thread alive.

 I had a busy day.  My cleaning lady came today and that made for a busy time.  She came earlier than expected.  I was just ready to post at that time.

I spent a good part of today trying to catch up on finances and other paper work that I have just let slide because I have felt so lousy the last few months.

The Prednisone has finally kicked in and the pains have subsided quite a bit.  i will start to lower the dosage beginning on Monday.

i read the through the posts quite quickly and am not sure what is going on with the prior Dailies, but will say no more.

@kazu I hope you made it through the storm okay.

Roy @rafinmd I echo the others’ sentiments and think you should go on the cruise.  Get the luggage packed and sent with luggage forward.  What better way to relax and be pampered.  You need it and deserve it.

I am tired from a long day. Prayers for all—especially those who are sick and having surgery;

Need to take it easy and get to bed.

Will write more tomorrow.

God Bless,

Terri

Terri, I'm glad the meds have started working and the pain has lessen considerably.

Most of you are light’s out but bedtime here is getting close here. After early pizza at the brewery we returned to clear skies and great hours watching surf roaring in on the beach. Great vacation and time for some home recliner time.

The picture of the family on shoreline at sunset I have named Generations. A large unknown family enjoying a Oregon West Coast Oregon sunset.

Goodnight.

Great pictures as usual, Bruce.  Safe travels back to your recliner.
