Hello,

Is anyone else having trouble getting in the green lane on the app even after you have completed everything that is required? Also after ordering the accessories it still reads choose your medallion wearable.Very frustrating!

Unless they are shipping the Medallion to you the app will never show Green Lane. If you are picking up the Medallion at the port Blue Lane is as far as you get.

Yes the medallion is being shipped to our home and we did put our picture on the app

It’s just the way it reads.  If you go into the app choose your medallion and click on the icon it will show you the details.  
Color probably won’t change until it’s shipped, and no one looks at the QR code when boarding.  So you will just go straight to green.

If there are no orange checks on you and your partner, you’ve done everything and ordered the OM, you should be green.

 

Did you check the history of the

order for the OM?

 It should show as ordered. It may change to green about 11 days before sailing.

 

If it doesn’t, I would not stress over it. Go through the green lane with your OM and documents.

Keep trying, I finally got all of my cruises to go to the green lane yesterday.

I think I'll identify as a Club Class passenger next cruise.  That should fit nicely with my Luxury Inside Suite accomodations.

The only difference between the lanes is: Green if you're having medallion shipped in advance, Blue if picking up at port. 

Both lanes mean all info has been filled out, etc.

That's what I thought.  Color doesn't matter.  Princess creating confusion while trying to create a benefit for paying for shipping.  SMH.
