My  husb  mentioned it did not list our free  basic internet mins.. so after he printed it.. I followed the asterisks which  lead to a link for full list of benefits..We'll check that out!

I received it for 3 upcoming cruises. 
 

At the top it says “here are some of the benefits you will receive”. A link to the full list is attached.

hcat we were on last month and all our elite plus benefits were just as before! Cafe Al Bacio and the vouchers for casino, plus all the other you have mentioned and the internet minutes.Have a great cruise!

thank you.. looking forward to the newest E Class ship!  We have a very nice roll call going..not always the case these days. Making final payment later this week

We are Elite getting close to Elite Plus. Gotta book more cruises!

some categories gain higher point awards per night..

 

and some do the  program, where u get points for watching videos, etc ( Power Up) ?  We are not involved with that but there are threads that explain it.  link below

I just received a similar very non-elite Captain's Club email for our upcoming cruise.

 

I believe mine mentioned a reception, a free scoop of gelato and maybe a couple of discounts on board.

 

Our less-than-stellar status doesn't rate many perks, but I thought it was a nice touch that they sent it.

We’re E+ leaving in 10 days and didn’t get one.

Elite level 300 points is the best in value.  Elite plus 750 points doesn’t add much value.  An extra bag of laundry and coffee.  Not enough to get me excited.

240 minutes of wifi for E+ whereas Elite has 90 minutes
