  1. We usually booked below PH level, but the one time we were in what is now a Serenity Classic Aquamarine, I thought there was an outlet in the bookcase next to one side of the bed???

    App?

I agree with @FlyerTalker. The Seabourn app was a major pain. For example, it was the ONLY way to access our excursion tickets, and mine could not get them. Fortunately, my husband could and we both had to use his app for excursions. I hope that if Crystal goes down that road, they do a much better job.
  3. Our devices will all charge on 220 with a simple adapter (not needing a converter), so for us a bedside Euro outlet is just as good as US. Is there one or the other on both sides of the bed in the Classic Aquamarine on both ships?
  4. Just make sure you don't need to board a day early instead. 😉
  5. The difference between the 10% and 20% Explorer discount for a 2025 booking more than paid for my travel insurance, including 75% Cancel or Interrupt for Any Reason insurance. True, it would not pay 100% but on the other hand, the CFAR will pay 75% up until we depart, and the IFAR will pay up to 75% even after we depart. And of course it still pays up to 100% for covered reasons. All in all, I thought it was a pretty good trade-off.
  6. It is for "Operational Reasons," obviously! IMHO, if Regent were truly interested in our feedback, they would allow the survey to be completed for at least a few days after the end of the segment. I love Regent, but this is one item that goes in my "con" column, having spent significant time working on the survey just to have it thrown away because I tried to submit it just before disembarkation time while still on the ship (and not disembarking). Very few people are going to go to the trouble to figure out who at Regent to contact and follow through with a message outside the survey, as you have done.
  7. I think it was "Seven Seas Society", $50 per person. There were other credits with the same name. It did not say "gold."
  8. Apparently this is not always true. But if I had not boarded, it would have disappeared along with my booking.
  9. Mine (for my gold-turning cruise) appeared without explanation on the invoice when I got a new invoice for some other reason (air credit change or maybe final payment, not sure). When I tried to add it onboard, they told me it was already on my account.
  10. How long do you have to wait for this? I had some "refundable" OBCs for my cruise that ended 12 days ago, and my credit card does not have it yet. Should I start making a fuss, or continue to wait?
  11. Pre-Covid and pre-company failure, Crystal also visited Monte Carlo during the Grand Prix, and offered at least 2 different levels of extra cost excursions that included the tickets. Or you could DIY. I don't know if "new" Crystal is doing anything similar.
  12. The Salmon Bake was in Juneau. If you want to do a local seafood excursion, the Crab Feast in Ketchikan was much better. It was at George Inlet Lodge, included on several different excursions. Although on that one you don't have the option of getting right back on the bus to return to the ship.
  13. I did Regent's salmon bake tour last Sepember, and I would not recommend it. The food, including the salmon, was very basic and not very good. The busses were running a loop (not sure, but I think because there was another tour shortly after ours), and several people turned around and left when they saw what was offered. I sort of wish that we had done the same. The food, including the salmon, was far, far better on the ship. JMHO.
  14. It works for Regent. Those are the sailings the need to fill up without a lot of advance notice. Hopefully they will be priced accordingly, in addition to the 30% discount.
  15. There is (or maybe was...) a bakery specializing in cronuts in Las Vegas. I have not been there, but read about its opening in the local paper.
  16. The World Cruise is on Mariner. Both ships had to reroute.
  17. Our suite on Splendor has a very bulky bedspread that the room steward removed the first evening and then it filled up the cabinet under the counter on the other side from the refrigerator. It has not gone back on the bed since. It was just for show on embarkation day. We moved ours to the top shelf in the closet so we could put our own stuff in the cabinet.
  18. No need for these. I have had one attached to my purse for 2 months. It is inside the purse I use every day, and it flops out when I open the zipper, so it is constantly abused. It is holding up very well, with a few creases but still strongly attached.
  19. The ones I posted are currently on Splendor, and in 2022 on Navigator and Mariner.
  20. Cosmetic case/purse size and passport size. The blue color of lettering in the smaller one is not included. I used thread from a different kit.
  21. Does Regent have different flught booking rules and time tables for UK and US?
  22. Here is a recent schedule from last month on Splendor. I hope your motivation lasts longer than mine, which was only long enough to pick up the schedule. 🥴
  23. Ours shows a $75 charge to me, and then $137.50 each to both my husband and me. So my "total charges" ended up $75 more than his.
  24. They let me bring one on board on Dec 4. In the past they have blocked my suitcase and finally when it arrived, they had removed a 3 ft switched extension cord. It did not have a circuit breaker, just a switch. Eventually they returned it to me, about mid segment.
  25. Thank you. They told me the same at about the same time. So at least they are consistent, so far. My fingers are still crossed that that answer does not change at the last minute.
