If the franchise will provide someone to take over your current booking with any perks intact see what they come up with if not contact Princess & have them take over your booking you will lose any perks the agent was giving you but you will still have the cruise

@ToxM if you have time can you check if they are putting tray stands of treats on the tables at tea time or is it still from the Trolley or the table ? Let's hope they are not putting those stands on the table Crystal did that What a waste of food You do not need to wait for the trolley just go to the table & staff will serve you of course all could change by next year 😉

The smoking area is sectioned off but they did not have a door on the Riviera & Marina they do have a fully enclosed area on the R ships Afternoon tea is also in Horizons as Orv said come in from Starboard side & you probably will not smell anything

I know with the OLife perk you cannot upgrade prior to the cruise but thought maybe if pax changed their mind after PURCHASING the House select they might be able to change it before the cruise I am a cheap drunk so it does not matter to me 😃🥤

I do not buy the packages but did they previously show them for purchase online ? (not Olife) I thought you had to cal or get your TA to pre book them?
