You will get all kinds of different personalities on cruises We usually share but some nights we just are not into conversation with anyone LOL Never share at breakfast ..I am not a morning person so I would not inflict myself on anyone other than DH then LOL If we have someone we do not like their personality we just do not sit with them again (if possible) People are people & it takes all kinds to make the World go round You do not have to like everyone 🤠

Go for the itinerary The ships will be almost the same & they do not let them get is such poor condition as some other lines do before refurbishments JMO

I would find a day room at a local hotel & enjoy the area (if possible) until time to head to the airport Check the Florida departures forum as this has been discussed before with travellers from the UK

OK I guess the point I was trying to make but failed Have you used a TA in the past? They could have added your name to Oceania's mailing list if you did not someone did because I doubt they go through the streets looking for people to mail their brochures to

If you are on an open deck (with headphones) you may get reception but on the balcony you are blocked by the metel of the ship If you want to try it take it along DH takes a Am/FM/SW portable radio on occasion but goes up on an open deck to listen to his music/broadcasts JMO

Evening canapes are offer in PH & above but you can always order something from room service to enjoy before dinner Sailing during theses covid times you have to be able to adapt with things go pear shaped Many people that think they are safe from covid because they have been vaxxed are now finding out it is not the case Happy sailing

Maybe the New Crystal will be sailing by then I found the food on Crystal to be smothered in sauces & had to keep asking for it on the side My favourite dish was a shrimp appy ..one shrimp cut in 3 pieces with popcorn sprinkled around the plate ...pure Luxury 🙄

In the past it used to be on the counter in a gravy boat with a spoon not very easy to get it on the plate I have mentioned this in the cruise comment cards over the year that a bottle would be more convenient

They look similar to AC 787's except the privacy screen between the seats did not go down so DH & I could talk one of us would have to stand up or just not converse the whole flight Mind you I slept most of the flights anyway LOL

Are the one on the travels sites non refundable BIZ tickets ? Compare the fare codes to see if your are looking apples to apples That might be the difference in pricing JMO

I would check one of the hotel booking sites & filter the areas/price that suits your budget then contact the hotel of your choice to see if they have a better rate

I agree I like the big brochures but the daily sales etc.. not so much I can view some of them online so not going to open that can of worms by signing up for them again 😄

I do not believe Oceania has child menus like land restaurants I just ask for a smaller portion & most of the time it works but sometimes not So I eat what I want & leave the rest
