Is there a disadvantage to doing it this way?

I want to purchase the upgraded internet, 1 user, 3 device package. If the other 2 devices are on a different reservation, how does that work? Will we have a lot of log in issues? Does each device use the same login, or can they use their own login? Thanks!

My friend does it for his world cruises. They pick his bags up from his home and deliver them to the ship. Search for luggage transfer on line. Lots come up.

I always upgrade my wifi. The basic is too slow for me.

We like the beach, so we took the free shuttle to the beach.

When I’ve had a really late flight, I’ve rented a car for the day so I have a place to stash my luggage. National car rental has the Emerald aisle at the airport so you can pick your car up without having to wait in line. We’ve taken an airboat ride in the Everglades and have gone to the beach to kill time.

The web site says 3-5 minute drive. It’s not far away. The walk down the pier from where we docked was long In Barbados.

I don’t remember exactly, but I don’t think it was far…maybe 15 minutes. We didn’t make a reservation, but the earlier you go, the better chair selection you will have. We had to wait in a slow line to get a wrist band. We were there on a public holiday - Errol Barrow Day - Barbados independence day from the UK.

Some of the itineraries skip Sydney and overnight in St John, NB. Do you think this would be a plus or minus?

We like doing things outdoors. Usually we’re at the beach on Caribbean cruises, but wanted to go somewhere different for a change.

I’ve done it before. I don’t think the description says it has to be someone in your cabin.

I’m getting ready to book a fall cruise from Baltimore. The sailing options are 9/14, 9/28 or 10/12. 9/14 overnights in St John NB and skips Sydney. The ports for the other dates are Boston, Portland, St John NB, Halifax, and Sydney. I’m not sure which week/itinerary to pick. If you have suggestions for don’t miss excursions, please let me know. Haven’t heard anyone talking about covid on my current 10 day cruise. But, I know people on land who have it, so it’s still around.

Infinity hasn’t been revolutionized. I was on Infinity last summer. It was fine. If you like the itinerary and the price is right, I would not hesitate to book. I won $1900 in the casino on the first night, so that made it even better. 😁

I hope you’re doing better. What a horrible experience. Celebrity should include in this shore excursion description that you’ll be walking down a sub standard dock and sailing on a vessel that is not well maintained and if you need to use a rest room, be prepared to walk down stairs to over flowing toilet. There should be standards for ship sponsored shore excursions. I’m sure this experience ruined your trip.

Is it hard to get back in the snorkel boat from the water?

I do the same. I have a hard time tearing them off afterwards. I don’t really trust the plastic tags. They can get hooked on something and rip off.

The ship is well maintained and the crew is great. I loved my Infinity cruise and knew it wouldn’t have the modern tech, like USB ports in the cabins. Brand new is always nice, but I wouldn’t think twice about booking an older Celebrity ship.

We split up and take Uber. Meet up on the benches after check in.

Have done it without any problems and would do it again. Carry your bags off. Use Uber or Lyft.
