  1. Not to say it doesn't happen, but we have sailed Carnival for most of or cruises and nave never experienced the behavior spoken about. It also happens on other lines as well and even in Disney World. Society overall has changed in my opinion.
  2. You cannot walk from terminal 5,6,8, or 10 to terminal 3 or the pickup point. There is a draw bridge where pedestrian traffic is not allowed.
  3. I doubt you'll have any issues with it. I have a ballcap with a bottle opener in the brim that my SIL gave me and never had a problem.
  4. We've been on 4 Disney cruises but will not do them again. Just not worth the price difference in our opinion.
  5. I'm with you on all except the tee shirts. Don't mind them and have many graphic t's of all kinds.
  6. Cruised on the MG with my CPAP and yes, I placed it on the floor as I have done on other ships as well. I just replace the air filters often. I can't speak for others, but I haven't experienced any bad odors or aftereffects. It would be nice to have outlets closer to the bed and a small table, but I just deal with what is there and enjoy my cruise.
  7. Also been cruising for almost 20 years and have never gotten sick. Once my wife got seasick during stormy weather, but that's all.
  8. Never seen beer at the pizza place but haven't been on every ship either. Nor do I go to the pizza place much.
  9. Use it all the time, works fine. Could be your browser? Tug Eileen McAllister went past as I was typing. Eurodam is docked. Google PTZtv webcams and you will get a list of their webcams. More ports to choose from.
  10. I don't usually get involved in post such as this but what the heck. I don't see you being charged a single supplement, you booked for two and were charged for two, but unfortunately, one did not show. She paid for her fare by paying it to you, you've lost nothing and were charged nothing extra (supplement). That person loses their part of the fare. It's not as if you booked for one person. As I see it you owe her nothing and as she apparently did not follow the insurance rules, they owe her nothing as well, nor does the cruise line. I don't see how anyone on the next cruise could help with the situation either.
  11. As a former Disney Co. cast member (not in parks) of over 22 years, I totally agree with the above posters, do it on a land based trip.
  12. Do whatever you feel comfortable with. To each their own. That being said, we give $2-$2.50 per bag.
  13. Agree fully. We have used them a couple of times and they were enjoyable.
  14. Fog is a common issue in Tampa during winter months. Will it be there every day, of course not, but can you predict it way ahead of time, of course not. Sure, like the above poster there will be days without the issue but don't count on it.
  15. Food tastes are subjective. I'll take Guy's burgers over Shaq's chicken any day.
  16. Dave, see above. The OP does state they are across the street from the terminal.
  17. There's a resort right across the street from the terminal (can't recall the name) so it shouldn't be bad at all.
  18. She's cruising NCL not Carnival. Does the Carnival bus actually take folks cruising on other lines?
  19. Personally, and that's exactly what I mean, not for anyone else, to each their own, but I would do the hotel near MCO and Cortrans to the port. Not an Uber user very often but I would guess (I could be wrong) that an Uber from Disney to MCO would be cheaper than Disney to Port Canaveral and possibly easier to arrange and also Cortrans would be easy and cheaper. YMMV
  20. I would love to be able to purchase for a shorter cruise and take the leftovers home with me. Since 7 days cruises are {often/generally) more port intensive I doubt I would drink anymore on a 4/5 day than I would on a 7, but that's just me I guess.
  21. Don't count on it. I've seen plenty of interviews where young folk couldn't even locate the US on a world map. And, whose worked up? Just stating a fact.
  22. If you haven't been reading about Guys Fries then you haven't been reading or you haven't been paying attention.
  23. Geographic location may be way south but population wise, Miami is hardly 'southern'.
  24. Great, but now you can't pre-order for your cabin.😠
