I’m a fan of the spiked coffee drinks. Great after a good dinner and gives me a boost of caffeine with my alcohol!

I tend to stick to local beers at all inclusives. Easier to KNOW how much you drank. Mixed drinks sneak up on me. My exception is a Miami Vice. They are so sweet and filling I can only drink 2? My husband loves a crown and diet or a captains and diet. Those go down too fast!

I am on several Carnival Casino Facebook groups. They have all reported that Cheers can be purchased for the cabin mate once on board at the casino bar. You do not have to pay for both people but you lose the pre boarding discount. I personally have several casino offers with just drinks everywhere for me. My casino offers that include my cabin mate are mostly just drinks while gambling and less Fun Play.

Good news for those with flights this weekend. My local news channel reporting that ALL southwest flights today are back on schedule! Raleigh/Durham.

You definitely could move the non drinkers into a different cabin. My husband and I always book 2 cabins with a parent in each. That way we don’t both have to get the package. Just go to guest services once onboard to get an extra key card. You will have to have 2 keys, 1 to sign for stuff and a plain one for getting into the cabin. Worked great for us because we wanted to be able to check up on our teens.

Do they do different Fries? I saw curly fries in a picture yesterday and those look like crinkles?

I have tried both ways. I had “free” drinks in the casino last cruise and it was the 1st time without getting it. 2 Miami vices by the pool, a glass of Prosecco at dinner, bottled water and a soda and I would have broken even before the casino even opened for my free drinks. I personally hated having to go to the casino to get a drink. I definitely gambled more but on the plus side they gave me drinks everywhere casino offer this time. Let’s see if I gamble as much.

The DMV in NC is way understaffed as well. My 16 yo was able to get her DL without a road test last January. It has just now gone back to them but that has put even more of a backlog on appointments. My husband actually has an appointment for the REAL ID tomorrow. He made it 3 month ago. Earliest date.

Same on my last RCL cruise but I assumed it would go back to normal as restrictions were lifted. I think it is now just a way to make you buy Ben and Jerry’s!

I’m on a RCL Facebook group and the machines are only open from 11am - 6pm daily. It could be worse for the ice cream fanatics.

I definitely don’t want to go back to wearing masks everywhere but I have noticed my kids getting sick more often now. It is back to the normal cold and flu season and that isn’t good. My kids both had Covid last year and the flu has knocked them out worse. People need keep covering thier mouths and washing thier hands!

I have sailed Seabourn, celebrity, RCL and carnival. Personally Carnival is 2nd behind Seabourn for me. I iced ALOT about RCL but unless you want ti eat at a specialty restaurant the food was blah. Carnival has the best free food options. Seabourn is another level but tge night life was quiet!

I am noticing that you keep coming back to this? I have heard mixed reviews? I’m a southern girl. Is the biscuit not good? I have only heard raves for the chicken.

The fries sound interesting. Can you omit things? Like get just chill and cheese?

People really need to read the fine print with these budget airlines. You pretty much get a purse/small backpack and no other bags.

We had Cucina booked last spring with gift cards and it was during the brief break when they had staffing issues. Every reservation was canceled fleetwide and I got a $30 gift card in the mail about a week later. If you booked the steakhouse before they raised the price you might want to call and try to change the date over the phone?
