We also had our flights cancelled using HAL's FlightEase. We were flying to Athens, returning from Venice. Our TA finally told us we'd be better off booking our own flights which we did, at a greater cost. Not a happy cruiser with HAL & their FlightEase program, even our TA could not get any one at HAL to find out what happened & why.

I don't like wearing a mask but will do in order to stay healthy.

You should find the roll call for your cruise & see what's happening there. Enjoy your cruise.

You also need it for your on line check in, you can't print off your boarding pass with out it.

The HOHO bus is a good idea as you can go sight seeing around Athens after you tour the Acropolis.

It's only one ship, good for HAL. After the lousy past two years the cruise industry are all hurting. This way they're maybe making it up some. There are lots of other HAL ships with lots of interesting itineraries. Enjoy what ever cruise line you cruise with.

We're also on that cruise & have been wondering why shore excursions for those two ports have not been offered. I keep checking but still no luck. We're thinking we'll do DIY on those stops.

We were booked with HAL Flightease by our TA flying to/from Europe. HAL cancelled our flights. Our TA tried to sort it out & had no luck. She said HAL's FlightEase was a mess and suggested we book our own air which we did, at a higher cost. Good luck.

We love all four seasons, we love to ski in the winter. Since we're both retired if it gets to miserable in the winter we stay inside. I agree fall is beautiful.

It seems to be a disconnect between head office & those that actual delivery the goods or not! Sounds like there is a lot of the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is suppose to know or do.

Is it just Toronto airport that's a mess or are the others also? That is the only thing I'm not looking forward to on a cruise is going through the airport. Going through the airport is the most stressful thing about going on holiday. Hope it gets better by July.
