  1. OP, you mention forward balconies on nine. Not sure how forward, but the first few from the front have hull balconies to look out at sea.
  2. Not certain and hate to even post, but thought on newer ships the CBS had just shower but if family CBS it had tub.
  3. Other than embarkation port once in terminal, never have we seen escort back onto ship on NCL.
  4. The wedge needs to be renamed salsa with some lettuce. It is about a third of former self. Very unappetizing. I once had bartender give me someone else's card. It had the name of the Enron CEO soon after the incident. I ran to get a new one.
  5. Agree 100 percent. NCL prices crazy, service and cutbacks. Our last MSC we could see decline in YC food. Now more YC cutbacks? I really like to cruise but first time in long time nothing booked and not even looking.
  6. Unless you are requesting and have a butler who is good, you, other than the Bird, are really scoring great and many treats. If we get two plates of any variety that is the norm.
  7. Are you gonging yourself?
  8. Except the breakfast filet has been swapped for lesser grade about 1.5 years ago. I did have turf and turf on Prima for dinner October 2022 for dinner and it was good. No waste other than maybe some veggies. The deviled eggs for dinner were also good. Saw one guy who ordered a plate full for app at lunch a few days.
  9. Maybe they source lobster out of Antarctica and with recent misses they could not get them?
  10. It appears Sailingaway on Epic is getting plenty of 'no'.
  11. We've done all sorts of rooms over the years. Bermuda on a seven day is normally like 2.5 days in Port so a balcony would be nice.
  12. On the private island in yc you can order the lobster roll sans the bun. Ketchup varies between the unique, great English glass tubs or the pump into a container.
  13. When we sailed Prima Shetland was cancelled..due to weather...
  14. Haven on Jewel class not worth it. OS on that class get Haven access.
  15. Welcome to CC. We've done eight MSC and numerous NCL. While I'd say the first seven were great, last was not so good as far as food on MSC other than pizza and burgers. Hola's was extra charge at a cheap $17 pp but worth it. NCL had a brief stint to Cuba but it was more like six years ago.
  16. NCL has supplied ships at Port Canaveral stop for years. MSC on their Canadian runs has had trucks supposedly come up from Florida.
  17. Where did I say important to me? And since your recent arrival here, your auto correct is still working against you.
  18. Are you certain they have beds in ceiling? What ship, what category? The fleet has a wide variety of how a room for four is setup even within a same category.
  19. It has varied a bit over the years, but once entering the hall, normally the Haven hosts are on the right. Have proof as sometimes they try to tell you no. Once they approve, it was a zig to left for security than zag to right to the lounge last time. They'll escort you through the main hall.
  20. We sailed Prima Haven on a TA. Bar had consistent 6-7 people always there, always, including a 85ish lady with stamina. Bar had usually 2-3 bartenders but service hit or miss. Lounge space usually fairly empty but could get filled. Restaurant is huge and never more than half filled ever. Outside area not usable due to weather.
  21. Years ago by pool they had many places to take used dishes and cups which I always took ours. Rumor when FDR came in, didn't like those so they went away. It was then left for staff to roam and pickup. You could still go find the collection point behind a divider if you wanted. Maybe same thought exists for OL.
  22. We had haven pool closed 24 hours last sea day because some kid dropped one in pool. For the convenience of the one guest, not for the other hundred others.
