  1. Prior to boarding. Some like us brought tests to self check periodically and are negative these 11 days. Walking hallway more masks indoors except drinking eating and Promenade in Deck..
  2. Yes. We have been to Québec, Sagunacy, Sept Iles and heading to Halifax. Beautiful sunny weather but cold windy at some points. Landing in Sagunacy was 32 felt like 29 not till afternoon warm sun. Sept Iles yesterday 30 and windy. Delayed our departure 3 1/2 hours leaving windy couldn't move the QM2. Québec Chilly to warm afternoon and evenings. But never saw rain at all. Definitely warm clothing needed even to layer. Gloves used.
  3. Yesterday afternoon Captain Hall gave a report before leaving NS. Part of the report was the state of the ship medical department report. Though many are not wearing masks many more are. And we see it and have been dedicated since Brooklyn to wearing masks when common sense tells you. We are extremely low and he has given high credit for the voluntary mask wearing by passengers and care for others. At the Royal Court last night we even seen more and more voluntary mask wearing without complaints. We have done period tests on board and negative results makes us smile. On excursions yesterday everyone had masks. I have a good feeling we are close to home free.
  4. Taxis are available but only a certain amount are sent in. Uber not familiar with. Use Dial 7 for all our in town needs. Excellent drivers. 5 Stars. Can follow them on their app when booked on app.. Also gives contact # when around pier or location for pickup. Maybe $$ but their yours.
  5. Cream Cheese gots with Jellies or Jam. Had QM2 bagel with smoked salmon this morning equally as good.
  6. Don't look at the negative aspects all will workout. There's plenty to do and as Grill we never had a problem on this sailing. Did and secured most of your mentioning above without a problem. Bon Voyage and relax.
  7. Could it be your Brower? Had no trouble even if I had to fold it a bit wider. My were perfectly fine printed. I use a commercial tag holder that shows from the and back.
  8. As mentioned, past medical worker in critical units I was confident in the last two weeks till observed testing and boarding of being negative. We tested morning before observed and before leaving for terminal, to prove not from home but possible terminal bug.
  9. All visits to land after Boston no challenge with Vac Cards or ArrvCan on Canadian Soil.
  10. Now from Boston is Highly Recommended. Earlier Mandatory Mandatory.
  11. There r no tours because of Covid...This is according to My Special Event Coordinator. No paid on board tours. Just like no CWC Cocktail, Senior Officers, and other gathering Parties.

  14. Covid is on board now. Our Stewardress has it. Follow highly suggested Mask on board now and will do fine. Haven't heard it from other passengers. Surprisingly many but many with Masks on now especially those have boarded Québec. You will do fine follow guidelines.
  15. Been there and returning Wednesday. Also cemetery good visit. Should go to both for what is being offered. Enjoyed last and looking forward to return.
  16. We were on board in 23 minutes last Friday the 23rd with a 1215PM check in for Princess. We went to our cabin, drop items off and proceeded to Princess Grill Restaurant for a delightfully lunch. You do have to go thru document check, vaccination paperwork check, security/frame checkpoint and directed to Grill Line. Much smaller than Britannia and lower. Once finished most done online we procedure directly to the ship and boarded. 23 minutes, yes at 10 Deck Cabin Door.
  17. Enjoying a lunch in Little Québec What walk up to Chateau Frontenac. Around Upper Québec. After will visit Notre-Dame de Québec Basilica-Cathedral. What Beautiful City. Ship leaving 5.
  18. We are all fine. 3 days in Quebec as beautiful as we can ask. 4 days at sea and had a lot to do. No problem...... Heading out from Quebec tomorrow and moving on to next Port. All worked out.
  19. As said before, we bought one and of course had tailored in 5 days. All remark Joe Banks or Aboub are very stylish as well made. We expect to use it long time to come. We picked traditional collar and lapels. Not Italys so thin.
  20. On Board but nothing available in cabin about rentals. Call Cunard they are very accommodating
  21. No problem. We have plenty to do on the QM2 and will eventually step foot on land. We enjoy Days at Sea with loads of Program Activities. So no stress felt on board. Even walking the Promenade Deck with umbrellas. Thank you...
  22. Friday September 23rd Boarding was a halt for a while and proceed to board. The hang up was with the Classes lower than the Grills were proceed very slow. They were watching us with the Grill Line moving faster. The corded rail lines were about 7 lines deep and slow. They were holding with numbers handed out and heard from the ship the PA announcing number to proceed.
  23. We are currently on the QM2 and had Sydney cancelled. After several ports we will in Halifax 10/5. Heard Halifax took a hit and wondering how we will be notified.
