I have used the water taxi and spend most of the day on them. We would go on one taxi all the way around then switch to a different route taxi and take that all the way around then take the original taxi back to our starting stop. If you time it right, when it gets dark it looks different with all the house lights are on.

I am Canadian. I purchase OBC in US$. You can purchase OBC in $25, $50 and $100. Princess uses the exchange rate used when you booked. The $ amount shown on the Onboard Service list is the $ amount charged to your credit card. There will be a card in your cabin for $100 OBC that $100 is on our account. My present cruise exchange rate is $1.25 = $100US. My credit card was charged $125 = $100US. My other cruises exchange rate is $1.35 = $100US. My credit card will be charged $135 = $100US

I made a pretend excursion booking. I purchased $1,000 OBC under Onboard Services which I can not use until onboard. Can you help me to see what I have left of OBC?

I take EzAir when the flights are released, do any reduction if any, close to final payment I check the airline and EzAir prices and take whichever is the cheapest

On your Personalizer under Payments you can see your total OBC. When you purchase excursions using OBC, they take it off from your OBC if you want How do you know how much OBC is left?

thanks for the suggestion. I had a US account with TD then they started charging a service charge so not worth it. They were taken more than was in the account. I get from a place near me with a lower rate than the bank, or purchase OBC with Princess.

I did not know when using both OBC and credit card how Princess would refund. Princess had cancelled the 2 Israel ports this week. Princess refunded the full amount on my credit card the next day after they cancelled.

If you have Princess Vacation Protection - Cancel for No Reason and get Future Credit Credit for cruise fare and return to credit card for tax/port, excursions and any else purchased.

Yesterday, Princess cancelled our 2 Israel ports from our cruise with Santorini and Crete as replacement ports. I had booked an excursion with OBC and Credit Card. I was not sure how they were going to refund it. Today, pending on my Visa is a full refund on my Credit Card.

Again yesterday, my Nov 25 non stop FCO-YYZ has been changed back to Nov 24 one stop with no notification from Air Canada or EzAir and only my booking not the other booking. In the past, Air Canada did send notification for flight change. EzAir agent said, “if there is any change to the flight it will go back to the original flight”. My original booking was Nov 24 non stop then Air Canada had canceled that flight and moved us to Nov 25 non stop. Plus she said there would be a voluntary $ cancellation charge since we are past 45 days. I told her, I did not make any change now. 10 days ago @ 41/42 day, EzAir had changed the flight back to Nov 25 non stop. She was able to change back after talking to a supervisor with no charge. I am glad I caught it now and not when I was trying to print boarding pass for Nov 25 to find out we missed the flight. I will now have to keep checking my flights encase they decide to change again.

Returning to Canada from FLL in Feb, I used ArriveCAN, it made a difference in the Immigration/Customs line. We only had 2 families in front compared to the regular line. Of course it all depends on how many planes arrive at the same time for the lines to back up.

Thanks for posting. I am on Nov 9-23 Med & Israel cruise. It is just when they were going to change ports and post new ports.

If you watch Princess tv advertisements, they are now showing all young people. Maybe if they put in an arcade they hope it will bring in the young people and families.

Thanks for all the information. It is a waiting game to see what Princess does, only 4 weeks to boarding. I will post what happens.

As a Canadian, if Princess sends a US cheque, I do not have a US banking account so will be charged $ to cash it. I know it would be difficult for them to separate for an OBC refund and credit card refund. Everything is paid for this cruise, excursions, dining, Plus. If they give as OBC + the OBC that I have, I would have over $1,000 OBC.

Who knows when Princess will decide to cancel the 2 Israel ports - before our cruise Nov 9 or while on board? Some people on my Roll Call have private tours for both ports that will have to be cancelled. I know I will be fully refunded since I have a Princess excursion. It would be nice to know where to find the refund.
