  1. There is an MRT stop within walking distance of both cruise terminals.
  2. Unfortunately, Moecker still has the same two errors re my claims that I reported to them several times months ago (Alaska cruise refund applied by them to a Miami cruise etc). Any contact suggestions of an actual person who can focus on this?
  3. I suggest you (or your TA) call Crystal sales and have them spend 5 seconds fixing whatever setting is blocking you on the email list.
  4. Step 1 is what you have already done. Step 2 is to email obgs@crystalcruises.com and ask to have the reservations combined. Otherwise you will each be dining solo; they would never automatically seat you at the same table.
  5. PO finally delivered yesterday’s and today’s mail. Got the check!
  6. The priority amount is $2225 per person, thus $4450 per couple. A lot of typos going on.
  7. My check is still in the mail - our mail was not delivered yesterday. This is not uncommon but doesn’t usually occur on a Monday.
  8. My mail doesn’t come till about 6pm! We’re the end of the route.
  9. My allergy to bell peppers and paprika was successfully accommodated by ordering by 10am each day. They send one the menus the night before and you mark and hand them in at the restaurant desk the following morning.

  13. Just as with OC, NC charges the excursions to your shipboard account. Thus you can use your shipboard credits etc to pay for them. Great system.
  14. While it wasn’t up when you originally posted, it was last time I looked, a couple of hours ago.
  15. Wow. Thanks for the heads up. I just checked the hotel I had planned to stay at. All the rates are 100% pay in advance, nonrefundable, including if booked with points which I’ve never encountered before. Post cruise looks more normal.
  16. I recall making dinner reservations by calling the sales number. Doesn’t your TA already have your credit card details from when they process the various deposits and final payments for your bookings?
  17. My TA got me a list of all the cruises with the single supplement rates.
  18. How long is the cruise? Is it the holiday cruise?
  19. I was on Symphony first 3 in September. Waterside was open for lunch on sea days and partial sea days, closed on port days. There was table service lunch daily at Tastes.

  21. You are all so lucky that Crystal is doing the Indonesia visa for you. I and several friends have had nothing but trouble getting the Indonesia system to work to get the visa for the Symphony November cruise.
  22. If you're not receiving periodic emails from Crystal, I suggest you call and make sure you are on the email list. I just got back on having been inexplicitly dropped in May.
