One of my food 'things' is texture. And any burger will have a better texture than a whole lot of filets, some of which aren't that tender. Whatever. Just looked this up: " Price: American wagyu costs upwards of $15 to $40 per pound, while Japanese wagyu costs $120 to $300 per pound. Oh good. When we were in Norway we went in a shop that had lots of souvenirs. Except for some Norwegian sea salt which I bought everything else was made in China. I was looking for "made in Norway."

Oh, yes, you need to come see my tree. One ornament is a glass evil eye from Turkey. Things from all over the world that may not have begun life as ornaments 🙂 Even have our entrance 'things' from the Master Golf Tournament about 30 years ago. Kindred spirits.

We had a mom and her cub right by our jeep. I understand that people have different goals but we saw pretty much all animals the entire time and it was perfect. Here's what was by our bed after we took a nap and left the window open 🙂

In the trip insurance board I read about someone who booked their air through NCL. It turned into one missed flight after another and evidently the fine print said that NCL wasn't responsible for any flight issues. I didn't see this myself but....

Did you share this nightmare recently? Keep doing it. We've never let a cruise line or an escorted land tour company book our flights. And knowing this I never will. Thank you lots.

Great comments here...except 🙂 I'd prefer a word other than "fussy." Don't even like "picky" although both can describe certain people. I'm really kinda 'into food'. Love to cook at home and go out. I've almost never returned a dish - except an overcooked egg 🙂 - but I have a good bit of history to compare lots of dishes to. I wonder what I'll think of their lasagna 🙂
