We usually order room service once during a 7 day cruise. Yesterday we ordered, never got the ketsup and order 2 cookie orders - received 2 cookies.

I purchased it on the website on the computer, not on the phone using the app

last week i am currently on Emerald and the discount was applied the first day of the cruise

when i booked in advance - i was charged the full price of $105 and once on board I received a credit on our account for $52.50

we had three cruises we bid from balcony to higher first two we won the bid - using the weakest bid the 3rd, we did not win and the cruise showed sold out 3 weeks before we left

we were suppose to have it mailed. got a email two weeks before cruise, saying the medallion can be picked up at the port

deluxe has loveseat size sofa mini suite has full size sofa not sure the size of premium we got a deluxe once and won't get it again. the sofa was not comfortable

Do you shop black friday Christmas sales, do you use coupons at the grocery store, do you shop for bargains. If you don't congratulations you must be a 1%er. No one is screwing down the price on Princess if you try to get the best price available - just common sense. Our gasoline prices went up $.30 a gallon in one day earlier this week. who is screwing who around here. Consumers need to watch, shop and protect themselves. Princess should have given more notice on the changes. And anyone who purchased the plus packages should have those honored with the new program at no increase. We had a plus package included in our cruise in April, which had been purchased/booked 9 months earlier and they added the new items to our package automatically and no increase.

went to the cocktail party - free drinks and some finger food. We stayed for 30 minutes, thought they would have a speaker, but the casino manager went around to each table to welcome each table guest. went to the casino and one hour after the ship pulled away from the dock, the casino was open for business. We asked one of the casino people about the slot tournament and we were told that if we got 200 points with the first two days, we were eligible for the slot tournament on Monday. Both my husband and I had over 200 within the first two hours. Free drinks in the casino

If you are referring to Princess, we are currently (boarded 3 hours ago) on a VIP cruise Not Ultimate - just VIP We had 4 dark chocolate candies delivered 2 hours ago and going to a VIP cocktail party in 30 minutes to learn what we can expect this week. It' Saturday morning and we are heading to the port to board the Emerald. This is a VIP casino cruise for us, the cabin was free (balcony), no plus package given or bought. I purchased the wifi package for one last week, and ordered two cases of water. First: my bid of $300 was rejected to upgrade to mini suite 2nd: my medallions did not show up in the mail 3rd" Emerald does not have Alfredo's/Gigi's so we can not pig out for free. Casino VIP means we get free drinks in the casino only. But we are not alcohol drinkers, so mostly diet soda, or virgin drinks. We are going to order Room Service - we normally don't, but since it is still free, why not. It will be interesting to see/hear what others are saying about the changes while on board. happy cruising

How about the short notice. This new policy goes into effect next month, within two weeks. Most people purchase/pay deposit/pay in full a year in advance. Now they have to fork over more money. It should be that the policy goes into effect for new bookings.

I'm in USA, ordered my medallion, got message last week that it was mailed. Today is the last day that it can get here - leave tomorrow morning for the port We have not gotten our medallions

cost to have a life preserver jacket in your cabin ? cost to use the shuttle at the tender ports ? cost to use the elevators ? cost to ????? Cruising was advertised as an all inclusive vacation - not anymore.

We used to fly places. We don't anymore - why? - because of the charges for the luggage, the selecting your seat, the food, the drinks, parking your car at the airport, the security lines, etc. - it is not fun cruising is turning into the airlines - not fun

"your bid was NOT accepted" good - with all the changes taking place, I will keep my $300 leave tomorrow on the Emerald - no Alfredo's or Gigi's to eat at, but will order room service everyday and not get charged - Happy sailing

the point is - Princess has offered choices to eat and not pay. Slowly that is going away. Soon, no free buffet and cost to eat in the MDR - stop the madness

eggs, milk, food, etc - everything has gone up, but taking a cruise is a choice. Eating on a daily basis is neccessary. Las Vegas, and other resort locations now make you pay a resort fee, guess who doesn't go to Las Vegas anymore. Airlines charge for luggage, choosing a seat, breathing, looking out the window - will it ever end? The only solution - walk away, find something new.

My husband and I are not the type Princess wants either. We started out as Celebrity cruisers, made it to Elite with them and then started with Princess. Now that our next cruise will make us Elite, guess we will be looking around. I am a bargain hunter, live on a budget, and cheap - I am really disappointed with this change in policy.

Well this is just great. Our cruise is Saturday, so this does not affect us this time, but any future cruises may be on hold - I don't want to be nickled and dimed - we do not drink alcohol, and that was why we never booked the plus. if I have to start paying to eat - guess I will find another cruise line, or not cruise at all. this cruise on Saturday is our 15th - making us Elite when done.

yes. move the indicator to the right, the price will raise. the money amount is per person I have always done weakest bid, but so far my bid for the cruise leaving in 3 days has not been accepted, so I may not get this one
