It just occurred to me that on the transatlantic last fall, we were able to get into the Deep Blue party a lot quicker because we still had the blue band on, while others were lined up to see if their names were on the list. You do what works for you. There tends to be zero-judgement on board for the most part.

You can take them off if you wish. Some folks will leave them on for the entire cruise. We've taken the fobs off of our bracelets and have been wearing them for over a year.

Glad things are off to a good start for you. You will find that they do a great job with food allergies. Miss Behave is a hoot...I hadn't laughed that hard in years.

No disappointment here. As for the banning, it does indeed happen Sorry you took it so harshly, and hope you someday find a cruise line you love.

Yeah...that's not gonna fly with either VV or Amex. If you disputed things right away, I'm sure they would have corrected the situation right away. Waiting until on-board, or post-cruise is simply too late. If OP does dispute and is somehow successful in getting a charge-back, I wouldn't be surprised if they would be prevented from making future bookings. I've not heard of VV doing this yet, but other lines seemingly are.

My wife and I split the duties of booking activities. I book the first half of the cruise on my phone, while she books the 2nd half on hers.

Some activities are for small groups, so they will fill up sooner than say Bingo which is held in the Red Room. My wife and I split things up. I book activities for the first half of the cruise, while she books for the 2nd half.

With a big bar tab, and a ton of loot on our sailing this Fall as Rock Stars, I don't foresee us hoarding a bunch of drinks before they cut us off, otherwise we'd never be able to walk to dinner. 🤣

Instead of just Moet Champagne being served nightly from 5-6pm each night, starting today, cocktails, wine and beer will also be available.

I don't think anything is written in stone, and everything could change due to countless reasons, sea conditions, cast member's health, supply issues, equipment failures, etc.

Order some champagne from room service, and take it home with you. DP Rose would be a nice treat.

We are flying into Heathrow, taking the Elizabeth Line into London, and staying there for a few days because it's Pam's first time in the UK. Then we are taking the train from Waterloo Station to Portsmouth the day before we sail and spending the night there.

It's all there, just spread out at different stations

If you don't get any bonus for buying a $100 bar tab, you might as well just let things be. All of your bar charges will be charged to your credit card on file.

She has a nice indoor table....we may even end up buying one. There's also an outdoor layout on the promenade, but I can't remember which side.

No....probably still eating dinner, or singing karaoke, playing shuffleboard, etc.

In 4 cruises, we've yet to make it to the PJ party. We're old farts. 🤣

That CVS gets really busy on port days. Both passengers and crew load up on things. (Mostly snacks & candies)
