    Thanks all for the information, we’ll be heading to Spain in July. We’ll check again in June.

    We always enjoy coffee in the suite before breakfast—just a nice way to start the day.

    To me a cabin and service are very important— that said you may not be happy on the smaller ships.

    Thanks for posting, it’s sad to hear about the problems. With a band name it would seem Regent isn’t doing the cruise you paid for—that i really sad at best.

    It sounds like SS needs to get their act together—-I’ve got two cruises booked and reading all of this concerns me.

    2 months ago? We did it years ago and still get them………Plus because we have two last names we’ve gotten 2 brochures of the same.

    We find even if the port is a distance- it seems we still do better with the cruise credit. The big plus is staying in a hotel that’s not over crowded- and leaving the hotel at your leisure. For us, it’s just better, more relaxed.

    We’ve also done it, to us it’;s a better way—all you’re missing is a night in bed and breakfast. The plus: at the airport you won’t have most of the ship guest at the airport. Small lines, last crowded.

    That is sad, the charm is docking right at city center walking off the ship. Hope that was a one time thing. But like you say maybe not.

    Sorry to hear that—if it was me and I had concerns as you do, I’d give a call and talk tomSilversea direct. Next I’d be pretty upset with my TA, after all that is why they get commissions. Next if you don’t get the right answer from your TA—it could be time to find another. At this point yes Covid can be a problem-But not an excuse for your TA.

    Agree 100% about US testing.

    We’ve been on both many times. Just an opinion but Regent has better food, and best of all you aren’t pulling out your key all the time to settle tabs. However I do believe Oceania has better and nicer suites.

    We booked a cruise on the Nova——the drawings look pretty nice. We booked a suite in the back of the ship—-we enjoy the deck area in the back. Looking forward to cruising.

    Yes, stop the worrying—-concentrate on having a great cruise—-enjoy the time doing something your love.

    Agree, however as you say it’s social, and a fun afternoon—-however you will learn something you may have not known. I think the price you pay isn’t anything like when you go to a cooking class off the ship. Even those have prepped.

    I agree with on board the ship for an extra discount—that’s why I added transfer the booking.
