  1. Wow is right Bob! Great pictures and video of your tour. Wish I had the nerves to do something like this. Andy would do it in a heartbeat so who knows, maybe he (and a Xanax) can convince me.
  2. So sorry to read about all you’ve been dealing with. I hope the assistance of the hospice team is giving you the support you need, they are truly amazing people. I also hope you’ll continue to join in here for a bit of distraction, entertainment and encouragement.
  3. Oh, I know and I’m still happily following along on your report even if I’m not commenting much. I just meant by the time Greg’s ship sails you’ll be (sadly) heading home.
  4. I’m looking forward to another great SeaDog review. This is perfect timing too since Andrew’s and Crystal’s ended and Bob’s will be winding down. I’ve never done one before but thinking about dipping my toe in the water for our Voyager cruise.
  5. Really busy weekend here but the weather has been absolutely gorgeous. Our oldest DD is up from PA by herself. She has work meetings in RI all week, her employer’s corporate office is here. All three DD’s ran a half marathon this morning in Newport. As we were crossing the Newport Bridge on our way to cheer them on near the finish line, I spotted this in Newport Harbor. I think it’s Princess ship? Also a picture of my girls (and youngest GDD). And here’s one for @Ocean Boy, the little lighthouse off the Jamestown Bridge.
  6. Micheline, Crystal and I have the same taste in wine. I’m a KC girl with Nobilo an acceptable substitute. I also never cared much for rose because of the sweetness. I had this one at a friends house, it was very good but I haven’t been able to find it near me.
  7. I’m sad this is over and hope you’ll do a live or “as if” live from your Liberty cruise.
  8. I haven’t been to Seasons 52 but my daughter really likes it. When we’re here we usually end up at the local pub/tavern, Casey’s Pour House.
  9. Wonderful review Greg. It’s apparent you put a lot of thought and effort into it. Your photos and comments had me taking a look at the Beach Club for Coco Cay on our upcoming Voyager cruise but unfortunately it’s showing as sold out. I’ll check when we’re onboard in case there are any cancellations.
  10. Here at my daughters house, about 5 miles from King of Prussia mall, it’s cold, windy and pouring rain. It was very windy last night too. The power actually went out for a short while. It’s not going to be a very nice drive home this afternoon 🙁.
  11. What would you say was the single best thing you ate all week? And along those lines, your best cocktail of the week?
  12. Sorry Chris & Donna’s happy news was spoiled by your MIL. She sounds like a bitter, unhappy person. I agree it’s sad she isn’t be a loving grandmother. It’s easy to say “her loss”, which is absolutely true, but it’s something the kids miss out on too.
  13. You didn’t ask it, but the “why” to this is likely because you’re a genuinely nice guy.
  14. @Sea Dog this is such a great review Greg, really well done. Maya Key and Nachi are now at the top of my list for the Bella cruise. We’ve only done Paradise Beach in Cozumel but Nachi looks much more peaceful. Of course that could change if a bunch of us Bella cruisers go! In Roatan we did Little French Key, but it was a very long taxi ride there & back, we wouldn’t do it again. Looking forward to more and the big reveal of your favorite.
  15. Happy Birthday to Micheline. I imagine shopping for a birthday gift will make her feel that much better!
