  1. We move...a lot. Since starting with Princess (2013), we've moved at least 6 times. Never had a problem changing address in the Personalizer.
  2. The one time we did a balcony breakfast, we had not as much selection of "goodies" and there was no personal service. Delivered and left and this was years before the pandemic. Not impressed and never did it again.
  3. If you aren't in a suite...you can talk to the Pax Svcs desk or a restaurant manager (can't remember the title).
  4. For some reason, immigration facial recognition doesn't work on my face. I have to "talk" to an agent every time.
  5. Just be sure that the suitcase will fit through the scanner. Generally, if it flies, it will fit.
  6. I had a neighbor who went on her first cruise and bought several WITH frames. They were truly ugly. Don't know what she was thinking.
  7. Depending on which big box store, you may not be able to adjust your price. We booked a couple of times with one and found that if there was a price adjustment we were SOL.
  8. Not so much "stuck". If you don't like your assigned cabin, you can request to be moved to same or similar category/area. Pay a fee?? Probably not. Choose the cabin category you'd be happy with and wait to see if you're pleasantly surprised. Our one and only guarantee was our second cruise. Booked a balcony and were assigned a H/C mini-suite. Giant bathroom (no tub) and the biggest balcony we've ever had. It was great!!
  9. One of the MDRs on deck 6. Don't ask for directions, just go to 6.
  10. Same thing happened to us. Booked a balcony GTY (I think it was our 2nd cruise) and were assigned an aft accessible mini. GREAT cabin! If we'd Sabatini's breakfast, it would have been a world-beater.
  11. That's interesting. Several years ago was did a B2B (Hawaii and So. Pacific), we parked there for 43 days. Maybe, we broke the system.🤣 When we got back, our car's battery was dead. The hotel "jumped" it for us.
  12. There was a post a couple of years ago that told how to figure out where the beds would be...maybe @Essiesmom?
  13. One time suite cruiser...we tried the concierge and the people that were talking to him seemed to be making multiple arrangements/requests. We left after waiting about 20 minutes and went to the specialty restaurant and made our reservation in 5 minutes.
  14. As others stated...you do NOT need the package to dine with your friends.
  15. We watched it on our cabin TV at the same time. Medallions registered that we were both there.
  16. That looks really good. I'm going to try it, the next time we stay there.
  17. Several books??? I've got at least a hundred on my Kindle and other e-reader, just waiting/hoping for me to read them. So many books, so little time (and I'm retired).
  18. There isn't that much room for a chair. They might be available, but it would be a tight fit. How about a handicap cabin? If you have appropriate paperwork, that would be better for you.
  19. We've been in all categories of cabins...handicap, mini suite, inside, OV, balcony and one suite. They all had a grab bar. Pretty sure it's a safety thing. It would increase the med. center calls, if during rough seas people were taking showers...OOPS! Down you go.🤕
  20. Well, yeah. You have to buy the Future Cruise Deposit on board, but you don't have to use it while still on the ship.
