I asked about my 2019 Tier offer that I had used for March 29, 2020. Of course that sailing was cancelled. Said I could redeem it any time before March 31, 2021.

Also the tier offers for 2020 would be loaded May 15.

Do I sense confusion at Casino Royale ?

Do you or anyone know if the offers being loaded on May 15 have to be used by march 31 2021 or can they be pushed back to march 31 2022 as they are extending members tier levels? 

On a similar note, if they are extending the tier levels to 2922, does that mean, theoretically that a member could get a second annual cruise with no additional play at all?

Those showed up for me as well. 

 

What are the options? - nvm saw your response.

 

Already booked for Sept and working in a hospital it's difficult to get days off in a row for holidays.

 

My Prime tier benefit is showing on the urcomped.com website.

I still don't have all the details. It looks like TX is a Thanksgiving sailing, sail by Nov 22. CH is Christmas sail by Dec 23. It appears to be those weeks. I know Galveston was confirmed to me, and Miami. I have 4 booked before end of year so not real excited over this.

I got the second of 4 refunds from RCCL yesterday on my CC.

Just got our refund from Royal, for our canceled Jun7'20 Harmony. This only took 3 weeks from the day I canceled on the online form!!!! Other cruiselines are saying up to 3 months!

I was booked in the May 10 Oasis cruise.  It was free except for the taxes and we purchased ultimate dining packages for $179 each.  When the announcement came out about it not sailing, I opted not to cancel it myself and see what would happen with the FCC.  I did not get one (as expected) and have not yet been refunded the taxes.  The cruise was in my planner until March 3rd or so, so I would imagine the refund will be a while yet.
 

Regarding the dining plan, I opted for the 125% future OBC in lieu of a refund.  We got the emails yesterday for that - we each got $224 we can apply to our cruise planner for future sailings.  I have a B2B booked in Liberty for the end of September but I am going to hold off on applying the OBC until I am more confident the sailing will happen.

 

I see folks have been told we should see the 2020 Prime certificate in our offers today.  Who wants to bet if it will actually happen today.  Remember last year? 🤞

I’m not sure if my offer in my club Royale account is what you are talking about, but it is a tier offer for my prime for an interior.  It has been there for quite some time now.  It expires 3/31/2021.

That is it but yours is last years if it has been there awhile.  Did you not use yours between April 2019-March 2020?  If not, they extended the expiry through 2021.  We are waiting for the new 2020 benefit to get loaded.  Once it is, you should have 2 in yours.

May 15 and still not there for us. That's my 2019 and 2020 prime and my wife's prime.

Coming up on 6 weeks for cancelled cruises refunds too. Well I did get 2 and have 2 still out.

I do have that TX and CH offer still in my account.
