Our tiers also showed up.  I have a balcony and my wife an interior.  Hopefully we can combine for a junior suite or possibly upgrade to a bigger suite.  Hopefully the expiration date is the original program and the extended date.

The site says ANNUAL CRUISE BENEFIT. Any members who were not able to take advantage of their 2019 annual complimentary cruise benefit will be able to redeem it through March 31, 2021.

I didn't see any reference to the 2020 tier cruise being extended.  They extended tier status but nothing about the 2020 tier cruise.  We are already booked on a B2B on the Allure in late January and early February.  Looks like a late February or March tier cruise sailing.  Hope they have a vaccine by then or my wife won't travel.

Try the ole call again and get a different CSR, wait time was 25mins or so for first call, missus is on another call on hold for 15mins to try another L&S on yet another cancelled sailing

we are 6/11 cancelled now

This has been a fiasco for me. After reading your post, what should have happened "lift and shift". I tried for 2 hours to get to Royale. Once on hold 40 mins and call was dropped. Answered and I could not hear. Same again this afternoon. A finally got rep in Miami. It looked like it was going to happen. Next I knew I speaking with a different person. Turns out second guy was in Jamaica. Said no "lift and shift" on casino offers/bookings ! I am quite certain my first call yesterday that did get through was Jamaica, and they never mentioned "lift and shift". Said I had to do an entirely new booking.

So you did get re-booked ?

I am getting to where I think this is "bait and switch", and let us hold your money.

Yes sir, I feel real confident ?? I did send email to Club Royale yesterday, but no answer thus far.

A very reliable travel agent who posts on the RC board said that no casino bookings were eligible for Lift and Shift, so I believe we are excluded.  Casino has a completely different set of rules.

I was going to be about 400 points from retaining my Signature status, so was pleased to see I do get a free balcony.  Now just have to decide when to book it for.  We already have cruises for August and September (Royal) and October (Carnival).  I am tempted to book this for January or February, as I feel pretty confident they will be up and running by then.

2. Lift and Shift: If you prefer to move your existing booking to a 2021 sailing – we’re happy to move you! We will price protect the original pricing and/or promotion on the same itinerary, length, product, and stateroom category as your original sailing within 4 weeks (before or after) of the original sail date in 2021.

Did I read PROMOTION ? With most casino offers. If you cancel that is it. I did not cancel, and I see the word promotion. Still waiting to hear from Club Royale.

Called casino phone # yesterday(Thursday around 12 noon) & waited only 5 min!!

Was so surprised since the latest cancellations & new annual tier freebie showed up at same time on Wed. afternoon! I figured so many are calling in now.

Booked our 2020-2021 free annual with a rep from Oregon  who answered.

He said it has to be taken by Mar 31' 2021.

Quick tier cruise question.  My tier cruise (Signature) for this year is a balcony and my wife's (Prime) is an interior.  We are debating between booking a B2B and upgrading the interior to a balcony or possibly combining our two cruises and getting a suite.  Anyone combine tier cruises and did you get a junior suite or a grand suite? I realize it may be partially based on their inventory availability and I will need to call to confirm.  They must have laid off my casino host as I have emailed him twice with no response and he used to be quite responsive.

We have done it both ways.  If you combine the offers, it raises you up 1 stateroom category level (in your case you would be eligible for a JS if you combine).  Then you still have the option to upgrade from the JS to a full suite of any category.  Personally, we have found that upgrading each of the individual offers (in your scenario, doing the B2B), to be a better value than combining the offers and upgrading. In 2019 we upgraded each of our offers to Star Class and did B2B SC on Anthem.  It was a great bargain.

Thanks for the info. I have found that I can usually upgrade for a much lower cost through CR than if I was upgrading as a regular non-casino "full fare" passenger.  We did a casino upgrade to a Loft Suite on the Harmony a couple of years ago and it was a great bargain.

Getting kind hacked at Club Royale. I asked to move my July 19 sailing to August 2. Same everything including cabin. Would not do it.

Promises promises...sound like politicians.

Did you have any type of casino offers or certificates for the july 19th sailing that you were trying to move?  If so I have been told they cannot be moved to new sailings.

Quite likely as a lot of the "rules" have changed.  Typically before I try I check cabin inventory so that I know if there are at least a reasonable number of cabins available.

My offer now says it expires March 2022.  I swear this said 2021 last week

I swear you were correct as both mine and my wife's now has 2022 for the expiration date.  This adds flexibility and is much better for us.  Thanks for posting this.

can anyone tell me- do you still get points for comped cruises and double points if you travel solo?  What about solo balcony studios?

Yes to points on comp and double on solo.  I believe studios are single pts because the rooms are intended for 1 person

Yes, I heard that the Casino had a meeting yesterday and decided to extend the Annual Cruise date. But I don't know if this now means we will not get another Annual Cruise come next April 2021.

I hope not.  I was fine with the way it was and will be disappointed if we do not get our 2021 cruises as well

Yes I understand. The other thing I read on the RC Casino Fans FB page was that if you had a comped cruise cancelled in the last round (June and July cruises), call them and they will give you a replacement comp cruise, which has to be a Caribbean itinerary and must be sailed by March 31, 2021.

We did have a comp one on May 20 on the Oasis that got cancelled. I will give them a call to see what they say

For any of your cruises that got canceled, you should get an email, & can select from  doing a future cruise with 125% off (from your cancelled cabin), or taking the full refund.

For the comp  cruises there was no FCC and the only refund was the port fees/taxes.  I had chosen the FCC option to see what would happen and all I got was the tax back on my credit card (which is all I really expected).

Just got off the phone with Club Royal. It is only the the latest suspensions that are being able to move their bookings.  I believe she said it was for sailings after June 12 and it must be done by June 6.  It needed to be the 3rd suspension or later.  Ours was the 2nd suspension so unfortunately did not qualify for rebooking with the offer we had.  She did say that she can see based on our play that we both should have received some of the more recent offers that came out, but neither of us did so she is going to email Club Royale management to request some of the offers opened up to us.  She told me to check the site again on the weekend if she does not call me back.

I asked about the expiry date of the tier offers.  She said they got an email about the change to the expiry date in the last day or so and the email specifically says the new 3/2022 expiry date for this year's tier reward will NOT affect us getting another one for next year. I assume that should have an asterix beside it *barring any changes to the program*.

I got an email from club royale early yesterday stating a change in policy. said to phone the casino group for details. As usual for me, crappy phone connections. So some good info here. My first call got dropped. My second call was bad connection, echo, fading, etc. I did learn that rep was in Guatemala. Then the call just went dead.

Here is my luck, 1 first round canceled. 2 2nd round canceled. 1 3rd round canceled. Still waiting on 3 refunds, and some 60 days old.

So what dates does this new offer include ? I see it is Caribbean. I can't find that FB group, or it needs a login, which I don't have.
