We just booked 23 May Serenade.  We snagged an upgrade to the 2 BR Ocean View Suite (no balcony).  I think it will be perfect for Alaska !!  I don't recall ever seeing an Alaska cruise on the casino comp list before.  This was an awesome opportunity.

Is that the one carved out of old CL?

I booked the same cruise, but upgraded to a GS. I'm not crazy about flying, but I couldn't pass this up.

Wow these are awesome offers.  I have never seen alaska on casino offers.   Tough choice they all look to us.  Never been to alaska and have actually been looking at doing this trip next summer.  It's like rcl read our minds.

This is an awesome one! I'm surprised to get so many offers. I have 5 booked plus my prime one. I wonder if these offers will continue to come in every month. It sounds perfect for you since you were planning on going there anyway. Alaska is beautiful!

Yes, the casino sure has been sending out some very nice offers.     I have 6 cruises booked so far and 5 of them are from casino.    Their marketing team definitely knows how to get us all onboard and in the casino 🙂

I was shocked earlier this spring when they offered cruises for any number of nights.   I booked a 12 nighter on Anthem for December, just hope it actually sails as I doubt we will see unlimited cruise night offers from casino anytime soon.

I am stuck on my selection for either Radiance on June 25th or the Quantum for June 28th.    I personally love the itinerary for the Radiance but my DH doesn't do well with 12 to 15 hours of airline travel.   No direct flights from PHL< EWR or JFK to ANC so we will probably do the Quantum as we can fly direct from PHL in 6.5 hrs.    Much easier on him and I always hate layovers.

I wish it was for Ovation, June 18th. We're already booked and can't change because we're going with a big family group.

I agree these are great offers.  Our problem is trying to fit one of these into an already busy schedule but I'll do my best to make something work.  I haven't been in Alaska since I was there for work back in the early 1980's and my wife has never been there. Our original thinking about Alaska was to do a cruisetour but this is too good of an opportunity to pass up.  I wonder if I can use an FCC for an upgrade?  That and airline e-certs or miles and this is a win-win vacation.  Just need a big slot win to cap it off.  LOL

I actually canceled an Oasis B2B that I had good deals and certificates on through the casino.  I always wanted to go to Alaska and with a JS offer that I was able to upgrade for a reasonable cost to a GS was a no brainer, over going on a B2B for the 10th time to Coco Cay.  I've used a FCC for an upgrade on a different cruise, but it has to be used when you actually book.  I have points on my CC to use for my business class flight and hotel also.  I'm just hoping the price of the flight will go down.  A slot win would be nice!!!!  My friend was also able to get the 10% Signature discount for her cabin.

I found direct flights from EWR to Vancouver for the Serenade sailing 5/23 on Air Canada.  5 3/4 hours going - 5 hour flight for return.

I will relate my 2015 Alaska story. It was 1st week of June. Had fog or drizzle rain 1/2 the days. Messed up sight seeing and tours. Living in Texas all of my life. I didn't really see anything new except the whales, and rock with ice on it. My balcony neighbor was from Alabama. He said the same thing.

Another strange thing. At some ports we saw the same vendors (people) that we would see in the Caribbean/Mexico. I asked one vendor about this. Said they work a circuit depending on the seasons.

I am still looking at June 28 booking. I have airline points to cover the air travel.

For all that are going. I hope you have a grand time. Come next summer. I hope to see an Alaska summary here.

Hubby got the Alaska interior offer and we booked 5/28 on Ovation.  We grabbed 8141 as it looked bigger on the deck plan.  I checked and it is the exact cabin we had on the same ship/itinerary last July.  We actually had a guarantee booked and ended up with this cabin which was actually accessible and HUGE.  Not sure why, but it no longer shows as accessible.

And another casino offer arrived today for summer sailings.  Just booked a corner aft balcony for Freedom 5 night to Bermuda on 8/14.

Casino just keeps pushing them out.  We now have 7 cruises booked for 2021 and 6 of them are from casino offers.  Still have his prime freebie to book.  Booked my prime freebie for his birthday cruise he doesnt know about yet.

My offer only has short cruises with the exception of a couple out of Galveston.  I've already done 2 in April out of Galveston so not doing any more.  Will probably pass on these offers.

I'm passing up on this one too.  Some good offers out of Cape Liberty, but I already have cruises booked for June, July and August.  If I could have combined one of the cruises for a B2B i would have used it, but none of the dates work.

Yes another offer. Yet ships are still not sailing.

Did you read the the NCL/RCCL Sail Safe panel recommendations to the CDC ? Here are some: Negative test results 3-5 days before sailing. Masks onboard if can't social distance. Only sponsored tours at ports. I did not see if you have an immunity test already if that is good. I will wait to see if CDC says anything soon.

I still like the idea of the proposed Senate Bill by Rubio and Scott.

Yes, I read all of that yesterday.    testing 24 hrs to 5 days before your cruise and if test results are positive - do not show up at the port.   That will be a challenge for a lot of states that are taking much longer than 5 days to get test results.     I wonder how that will work if your cruise is scheduled to leave on a Sunday or Monday.

Their plan also says something along the lines.....if feasible and cost effective they may do rapid testing at terminal before everyone boards depending on technology available at that time.

I booked this offer for August and I am hoping by then the world will be in a better place.
