Did NCL Fire all the MyNCL IT Staff??

MyNCL has been down for a few days now. Anyone know what is going on? I haven't ever seen it down this long.:(:confused:

Maybe you should talk to your own IT person first before blaming. Nothing wrong with myNCL.

I've had issues with MyNCL too -- could be a server thing. I haven't thought to try another browser yet....might fix it.

The only issue I can see with the NCL IT department is no one is uploading the entertainment bookings! grrr.

 

81 days and After Midnight pop ups now and again, but only one date and time...then it goes away for awhile.

No problems recently. I did have to call NCL to make final payment last month, since the online option kept showing the error message.

In my experience you sometimes get that on the NCL site, generally when clicking a bad link (which there are quite a few of).

I can not even look at Cruise prices on NCL .Com on my Old desk top Computer.

I think they stopped supporting Safari. :confused: :(

I've had that problem twice.

 

The first time they walked me through clearing my cookies which caused my computer to forget a lot of things, but did get ncl.com working again.

 

The second time I just started accessing ncl.com from IE instead of Firefox. A couple of weeks later I tried w/ Firefox again and it was working again.

Are you accessing via a bookmark? Go directly to http://www.ncl.com and log in.

Have you cleared your cookies? Also, as someone else suggested, type in ncl.com in the address bar instead of using a saved link, and see what happens. It would appear this issue is yours alone, since it seems to be working fine for everyone else.

Well, it appears that the link is now different from the one I had bookmarked and used for many years. When I like to MyNCL from the NCL home page, it is fine. Guess it is good to know that it was my bookmark and not NCL!

I can login but it keeps offering me the option to make a payment on a cruise I've paid in full.

If I don't click that button, I'm fine elsewhere on the site.

If I do, I get that "uh-oh our site needs a vacation" crap screen.

Log Off - Shutdown (Restart) your computer - clean the cob WEBS out of the system and RETRY it again.

 

Only time I get that thumbnail image you have posted is late at night in the wee hours when I presume that NCL is doing computer housekeeping !

Similar things happen about the same time on my TA's web site.

 

I think NCL is fine tuning the system to wring every little penny out of it !
