Embarkation lunch on Sillie

We have always enjoyed Bistro on Five on embarkation day. Now that will be a thing of the past what are the options other than Aqua Spa or the Poolside Grill. We are not in a suite. Thanks for the info.

As far as I understand, Bistro on 5 is still on all ships except for the Reflection where they are "testing" Sushi on 5.

I was told by the shore-side concierge of the Summit that it takes quite awhile for the changeover to happen on all ships *if* they decide to do it.

I am hoping that Bistro is still intact on the Summit when I sail her in August.

It is my favorite place for lunch when first getting onboard.

Besides the options you mentioned, there is also the buffet.

Suite guests I believe can have lunch in Luminae on embarkation day, which will be my option if Bistro is gone.

Someone please correct me if I am wrong....thanks!

A Nickname for Silhouette

Been here for a long time, never heard that before.

You know, like refie, Innie, Eccie, Sollie, Summie. You get the idea

How could I have missed that??? Too Cutesie???

Some, including myself, use Sillho instead of Sillie when referring to Silhouette. Connie and Millie are long-time nicknames, but the other ships never really got any nicknames that have caught on.

Within the company, there are two-letter codes for each ship -- EC is Eclipse, EQ is Equinox….

I have heard this before, and quite frankly, it just seems rather childish......

Exactly. To me (and it may be only me) those cutesy nicknames for big ships (why????) are kind of fingernail/chalkboard.

And I'll follow you out the door in my flame-proof duds.
