Just a word of advice.  I just went through the process of purchasing 2 RCCL $500.00 cards from the Allstate Rewards site this morning.  Everything went fine up to the "enter" on the final payment page.  All of the credit card info autopopulated but it didn't like something.  I called for their help and Allstate doesn't save your cc stuff.  You have to enter the info as a new source of payment.  A little slow but the purchase went through.

You may already know this, but be careful with the RCCI ones, they have additional restrictions and cannot be used on everything like the carnival ones can (at least in the past this is how it worked).  There are ways around some of the rules.

I have to reiterate this point. RCCL Gift Certificates are only applicable once you put down your deposit. They cannot be applied later on as payment, nor can they be used as OBC. Please reread the terms and conditions, attached below:

 

1. Certificate must be used as a form of payment towards a new reservation made directly with Royal Caribbean. Once the gift certificate is applied to the reservation made, the reservation may be transferred to your preferred travel agency. 
2. Certificate is valid only for Royal Caribbean International sailings in USD and is not redeemable for cash. It may be applied to all ships, departures and stateroom categories. 
3. Certificate can only be applied to a NEW individual reservation in USD.
4. Certificate may not be applied to a group reservation, charter or customized group program.
5. Certificate may not be used towards onboard credit or to settle any shipboard charges.
6. A deposit is required at the time of booking.
7. Certificates may be used in multiples and may be used to supplement cash payment or credit card.
8. All reservations are subject to availability.
9. Once a reservation has been made with a Certificate, normal cancellation policy, schedules for deposit and final payments shall apply.
10. Changes to the reservation may be permitted, subject to availability.
11. Certificate is transferable only when gifted and bears no expiration date.
12. Certificate is nonrefundable and not replaceable whether lost, stolen or if booking is cancelled.
13. Certificate shall be void where prohibited or restricted by law and if sold for cash or other consideration.

This certificate cannot be used for an onboard credit.

If you weren't aware of all the restrictions on the RC gift cards, you might want to consider cancelling your order ASAP.

Earlier today I received my promo code HELLO2020 that was embedded in my email that had my wrap up with regards to how many points I started the year with, how many I earned  this year and how many promo codes I redeemed,  along with other non-pertinate information.  

I had started the year with 184,000, and redeemed 139 promo codes adding an extra 193,000 points.  So, just wanted to let the newbies on the thread know that the points can add up quickly.

I have more points than I need as it is.  Already have a few thousand in cards to pay off our Jan 2021 Mardi Gras cruise in entirety including grats, Cheers and specialty dining.🤑

I don't think it's the codes. I do allow the app to monitor some of my driving at my choice and that has racked up a decent amount of points. Just bought two 1000 dollar cards so my count dropped a bit today 🙂 . That would be 20 months of AARP 100 dollar cards yikes. About 35000 of these points are from the app monitoring per my app.

Crossing my fingers for a quick delivery. Ordered $500 and $100 GC on Dec 26th at 11am. Looks like it shipped Dec 27th. Hoping it gets here by Dec 31st so I can purchase the drink package before the CHEERS price goes up! 🤪

If you register a (free) UPS MyChoice account, it'll let you track it. Since your order is over $500, it'll be shipped UPS, signature required.

 

Also, n6uqqq says if he logs in to Allstate Rewards using a mobile browser (not the Allstate app), it'll give him the tracking number. You can see if that works for you too.

Thanks for the advice. I just checked UPS mychoice and looks like Jan 3 😭😭😭

But sometimes that changes. But not looking hopeful. 🤪 

On the Allstate side it says shipped USPS so it’s a little confusing. 

To make it more confusing, I bought  a $50 JC Penney card the day before from Allstate so not sure which shipment is showing up on UPS.

The Carnival cards will be listed coming from "DELUXE REWARDS FLMNT" in UPS MyChoice. Probably coming from Streetsboro, OH. So that's how you can differentiate them from your Penney's card.

 

I've had packages start out being handled by UPS first, then transferred to USPS in the end to be delivered by my local post office, but that's never happened with the Carnival cards. If they start with UPS, that's who'll deliver them. Yours should be UPS because they need to be signed for.

 

When delivered via UPS, I've had my Carnival cards come in 3 days and 7 days. All coming from the same facility in Ohio. Except for my last one that took 6 days (including a weekend), but that was the delivery that was screwed up by the holiday. I have no idea why some come in a few days and others take a week.

Packages that start from UPS and finish with USPS are UPS Surepost packages.  It's  a slightly  cheaper way for companies to send you stuff you bought.

Well just went thru the entire thread and did a copy / paste of all the codes I found. 

There will be duplicates in this list as I have not sorted them or used them yet. I just activated the Drive Sense today.
