auntiedodo Posted June 3, 2017 #1 Share Posted June 3, 2017 Seriously? We use it every cruise. Anybody know what's going on?
reallyitsmema Posted June 3, 2017 #2 Share Posted June 3, 2017 We had wash and fold on our cruise in May. Where are you seeing that they have discontinued this service?
Ashland Posted June 3, 2017 #3 Share Posted June 3, 2017 I doubt it's been discontinued...perhaps your cabin steward just forgot to leave the bag in your cabin....this has happened to us.
cruisegirl1 Posted June 3, 2017 #4 Share Posted June 3, 2017 Hope this is not true. We use the service on all 7 night cruises. In fact, we pack accordingly knowing we will send a few this out. M
Baby let's cruise away Posted June 3, 2017 #5 Share Posted June 3, 2017 Seriously? We use it every cruise. Anybody know what's going on? I sincerely hope Royal is not discontinuing this PERK; I use it, especially on long cruises, B2B & B3B's! I was on Anthem 4.29.2017 and it was still offered.....SMH Sent from my iPhone using Forums
ARCruisinNana Posted June 3, 2017 #6 Share Posted June 3, 2017 It hasn't been discontinued. For PC (don't know about other levels) there is a free bag for 5 nights or longer and an additional coupon for $10 off a bag on cruises 8 nights or longer. Ashland Posted June 3, 2017 #7 Share Posted June 3, 2017 On Harmony (D+) March 18, 2017....one free wash/fold ($34.99) on 5 nights or more. $10.00 off ($34.99) on 8 nights or more. Also remember it's per member not per cabin.
kknorr0320 Posted June 3, 2017 #8 Share Posted June 3, 2017 When we cruise with the kids wash n fold saves me a lot of suitcase space. Even though we're only platinum it's still a good deal. Sent from my SM-G930V using Forums mobile app

bethco Posted June 3, 2017 #12 Share Posted June 3, 2017 My upcoming cruise next week will be the first time that I have had free laundry bag. Can someone remind me of what items can go in the bag? Thanks.
kruzerci Posted June 3, 2017 #13 Share Posted June 3, 2017 Was available on Oasis last week but it specifically stated 7 nights or longer. I hope that is not fleetwide as we have a 6 nighter this year.

Merion_Mom Posted June 4, 2017 #15 Share Posted June 4, 2017 I was just asking OP to come back and elaborate - wondered what she'd heard. "Someone" misread the list of perks placed in his/her cabin. Nothing has changed. :)
Ashland Posted June 4, 2017 #16 Share Posted June 4, 2017 My upcoming cruise next week will be the first time that I have had free laundry bag. Can someone remind me of what items can go in the bag? Thanks. As many basic wash and fold items you can stuff in the bag...like..underclothes, socks, pj's, etc. But remember to put nothing you don't want in a hot dryer. blackshirt Posted June 4, 2017 #18 Share Posted June 4, 2017 OP hit and run. I really hate when that happens. Rumors abound due to posts like this. Exactly. Why do people drop bombshells like this without any evidence or explanation as to why they think wash and fold is gone? Just trolling probably. Poohb Posted June 4, 2017 #24 Share Posted June 4, 2017 I believe it's similar to all other 'perks'; robes, ice. You need to ask your cabin attendant to get what you would like.
Rare rafinmd Posted June 4, 2017 #25 Share Posted June 4, 2017 I just tried a search on the OP. This is at least her 4th hit and run "no more" thread in her last 25 posts. Roy
