Young and Restless Posted December 10, 2019 #101 Share Posted December 10, 2019 Went on RCCL cruise and went by the crap table to check the odds with $5.00 table . 1/1 odds unless your pass line bet was a minimum of $25.00 ,and then it went to 2 x odds, I kept walking . That night, it hit me, why not play both sides and cover the 12 with one dollar. I did this and which allowed me to play up to $50.00 odds. Then did the same on the come bets. I did have use another marker after I loaded all numbers with $50 odds , total on the was $950. Won , but only $1400 I still prefer the land base casinos with 100 x odds. ed01106 Posted December 30, 2019 #104 Share Posted December 30, 2019 On average you are going to lose long term. Both on land and at sea. But in general you will lose more slowly and have a better chance at beating the odds on land than at sea. Unless you are a professional card counter playing blackjack you would not enter a casino with the mindset of making money, but rather with the mindset of being entertained. karmamule Posted January 3, 2020 #105 Share Posted January 3, 2020 While we didn't win directly on our last cruise on the MSC Seaside, we did win indirectly. We put a fair amount of money through and won a few hundred dollars a couple times, but overall ended up about $1000 in the hole. But, we earned enough points that MSC gave us a $3000 discount on our next cruise (which we would have booked anyways), and we used that to book a 14 day cruise on the Meraviglia. (and our embarkation day is only a week from Sunday!). So, when you take the discount into account, we ended a couple thousand up for our slot play.

I have saved so much money with my casino discount on Princess, including a free cruise to Alaska last August.
suekel Posted January 3, 2020 #107 Share Posted January 3, 2020 I just received my win/loss statement for 2019. Came out $688 ahead. Combine that with 3 cruises booked with the casino discount and a free cruise, I'm happy.
muggo11 Posted January 4, 2020 #108 Share Posted January 4, 2020 Thanks for reminding me to get my win/loss statements. I suspect I am a tad down on the ships. But up in Las Vegas. But with two free cruises and others discounted, I think I am ahead!

Sand and Seas Posted January 19, 2020 #115 Share Posted January 19, 2020 If you need a Win/Loss from NCL, they have a spot you request it when you log into your Latitudes account. We received ours about 24 hrs later.
LynneV Posted January 21, 2020 #116 Share Posted January 21, 2020 If you still need the information to request a Win-Loss statement, I just completed an online form from information given to me by the casino on the Grand Princess for the Ocean Players Club. The statement should be sent by e-mail within 2 business days. The form may cover all of the Carnival Corporation vessels; but I am not sure. Hope this helps. https://oceanplayersclub.com/contact/win-loss-report/
