Currency In the casino

Going on a cruise around Japan leaving from Tokyo. Need to bring my casino money with me. Am I right to assume that the casino is still in USD or would it be Yen since all the ports are in Japan.

If you are on Sun Princess or Sea Princess the currency is the Australian Dollar for all sailings.

 

 

All other ships the onboard currency in Asia will be the US Dollar. (Some do change to the AU$ for sailings that either begin or end in Australia or New Zealand, which may call in Japan)

Not surprising because I don't think Princess has a UK or EU division. Other CCL

brands (Cunard, P&O, Costa, Aida) do, though.

 

In any event the point was to show where Sox Fan could find out for sure what

currency would be used on his cruise.
