On our Symphony cruise last week, the only escorted group port departure was Roatan, and it was not needed at all. I booked it online through the computer and not the app. Does anyone know where on the app I go to see that I've got the Key, or does it show up on there at all? We are on Radiance Hawaii to Vancouver in May. The price is down to 16.99. There are two tender ports. Two device internet is 23.99. That makes the difference 5.00 a day per person for everything else that is included. Early embarkation is useless to us as I rarely get to the ship before 11. VIP debarkation would be nice but at Vancouver is that even a thing? Radiance has no flowrider or waterslides so exclusive access there is worthless and I could careless about about a fruit plate delivered to my room. Reports seem to be that the Key lunch has now deteriorated to a MDR lunch with Key food so cut the value of a Key lunch in half before calculating it into the equation. The tender priority will be nice I guess. What other perk am I forgetting about that I might take advantage of that will push a Key purchase into the black. It is like one of those website experiences where if you spend just a "little bit" more you will get free shipping. So it is $5 x number of days. You've tried the key, do you think it is worth an extra $50 or $60 dollars on a ship that doesn't have a lot of the things it is offered for? Today, when I did this (selecting all 3 guests) and clicked the "Add to Cart", I received the error. ERROR UNABLE TO ADD ITEM TO YOUR CART There was an issue with adding the item to your shopping cart. Please contact Customer Support if you continue to experience this issue. Sorry for the inconvenience. Inventory not available "Inventory not available" explains the reason. I am ok with it. However, the strange thing is, if I choose a single guest (myself or my wife), not choose other guests, click "Add to Cart", the purchasing went through successfully. It shows the Amount Due and CheckOut is available (I click CheckOut, and it asks my information..). Of course, I stopped there and did not purchase it. My question is, what will happen if only one guest in the room purchased "the key"? Anybody encountered this situation or had this experience? Thanks! You cant just put one and check out. I agree with you. It showed available to be purchased, so I selected all 3 guests, but got the error after clicking "Add To Cart". It should either show "Sold Out" on the front page, or present error message when selecting a single guest. Anyway, it is not a big issue for me.
