Baltimore port: Leaving car for 7days at Horseshoe casino?

I live in VA.

1 way from my house to Baltimore port with uber is about $75. 😞

 

So I was thinking of leaving my car at the Horseshoe and Uber from there to the port.

 

Anyone done this before?

If so, what floor and where on that floor to park?

You are better off paying the $15 per day than Uber both ways, but the picture I saw of the casino is about 6 or 7 stories.  Other than that, I can't offer any help about parking long term there.  

 

You could look into parking long term at the BWI and getting on the shuttle bus to the airport and catching a Uber from there.   Long term parking is $8 for lots A & B.  This may cost the same in the long run as parking at the port.  

 

Also the only way to get back into lots A&B is via the shuttle bus, so you'd have to get a uber back there and get on the correct bus to your lot.

Anyplace you park will be fine..no more "dangerous" or "iffy" than any other place.

We have parked at the port.  So easy and convenient.  Easier than parking at your local Wal-Mart.

As Clarea's link says, $15 per night.  You pay in advance; we used a credit card.

We have parked at the port and it was quite easy. Don’t think I’d feel at all comfortable leaving my car at a casino garage for that long but that’s just me.

Considering the number of personal crimes committed in the casino area, I would not park there AT ALL. 😄

OP, I would not do this without written confirmation from the casino. You may come back to find your car has been booted or towed. Either way, not a great way to end a vacation.

As someone who lives in the area, I wouldn't even want to leave my car at the Horseshoe Casino for a few hours, let alone a week!  Pay the extra money and park right at the port.
